Beyond learning the correct technique of French cooking, we enjoyed tastings of French salt, chocolate, and wine. And since it’s nestled in her own home in the 15th arrondissement, it felt like so much more personal than a sterile school cooking class. We ended the day gathered around the table, sharing the meal we’d made together with great conversation (and plenty of French wine 🍷).
