We had the opposite weather a couple of weeks ago. In less than a day it went from 95 degrees F to 32 degrees F with frost [in April!]

Amazing hotel and I have never seen a shower as individual as that -not easy to find hotel though.. Got to visit the town. Extraordinary all the water wheels..Mr Boo’s dish looked a bit Masterchef (pretty on the plate but not a stomach filler ) but Tim’s looked great. Certainly a huge choice of cheeses.

At switch on today, Windows told me that on this day in 1336, the Italian poet Petrarch climbed Mont Ventoux. Petrarch was to live for some years in Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, the source of La Sorgue, so clearly you planned it carefully 😉 to release this video on such an auspicious anniversary (that even has its own Wikipedia page!). It’s a few years since I wandered amidst the waterwheels so thank you for reminding me of this lovely town. A Sorgue-y day!
