
About a year ago I shared a project here – a countertop wine blending machine my co-founder and I built. The feedback was honest and I appreciated it, even the tough love.
We kept going anyway.
A year later: 5 working devices, a supply partnership with a local winery, a blend library developed, website is going live, and booking blending parties.
We're not trying to replace the Bordelais. We're not for people who think blending is sacred. We're for the curious, the experimental, and the people who just want to make something that tastes exactly right to them (and have fun doing it). We're also getting a lot of hits from wineries who want the systems in-house.
