How do I add shower curtains here? I guess I could use a straight rod but I was wondering if this red line looking curtain rods exist, and whether it would be a good idea or not. I'm wanting to completely block the possibility of splashes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I think if it doesn’t splash much you could just put a cute little shower rug in front of the opening. I’m not sure there’s a way to make a curtain look good
