SO good! 🤤 one of our favorite dinners to make! it’s so easy to throw in the crockpot when you are hosting guests for the game! 🏈🩵 Crockpot French Dip on Baguette 🥖🧀 Ingredients: • 1 beef chuck roast • 1 onion, chopped • 1 packet beefy onion soup mix • Dash of garlic (powder or minced) • 4 cups beef broth • 1 French baguette (cut into sandwich-size pieces) • Provolone cheese • Optional: horseradish Directions: 1. Place roast, onion, soup mix, garlic, and beef broth in the crockpot. 2. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4–6 hours until beef is tender. 3. Shred beef. 4. Slice baguette into sandwich lengths, then cut each open. Toast lightly. 5. Fill with shredded beef and provolone, then return to oven for 2 minutes until cheese melts. For the Dip (Au Jus): • Strain broth into a saucepan. • Whisk together ¼ cup cornstarch with water, then stir into broth. • Heat until slightly thickened. • Serve sandwiches with warm au jus for dipping. #gameday #crockpotrecipes #dinner #footballseason #easyrecipe
