Opened this on a whim last night and was pretty blown away. Had to be the most nutty champagne I have ever had. Lots of marzipan and almonds and nose and palate. Not a ton of brioche but a decent amount. Caramel apple and maybe even some floral notes. A decent amount of acid left that brightens the palate leaving to a more unami and nutty finish. A real thinker of a wine and my first with this winery. I was lucky to get this bottle for a steal on sale in London and couldn't be happier.
