Opened on a sunny Friday in San Francisco, brought to lunch at Delarosa in SoMa.
PnP, they didn't have a decanter unfortunately, but not sure it truly needed it.
Solid acidity on this with red cherry, blueberry, rosemary notes, alongside some slight dried herbs.
Well-ingrained tannins.
As expected, this paired best with buratta pizza.
This is a nice Chianti at a very reasonable price point that can still age for a while, but it's in a good place right now.
Definitely a Chianti to enjoy with pizza, rather than meditate over.
90 points.

Perfect combo right there – chianti and pizza is basically cheating at this point.
