Beaune Clos de L’Ermitage is a red wine from the Côte de Beaune region (AOC Village classification). The grapes come from the Clos de L’Ermitage parcel, located on the upper slopes of Montagne Saint-Désiré. This area is characterized by limestone-clay soils.
Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir.
Color: pale red.
The nose is dominated by notes of raspberry and cherry, complemented by earthy accents, dry leaves and a subtle hint of vanilla.
On the palate: a light-bodied with distinct acidity and a well-balanced structure. The long finish with notes of red fruit and delicate vanilla.
