Roussillon plain, 80% Grenache Noir and 20% Syrah. Bought a box of this in 2021. It was quite reductive at the time, I had one bottle left which I was hesitant opening due to the reductiveness. Met the winemaker today at a wine fest and he let me taste his latest wine (last pic) and tonight I decided to open this last bottle. Reductiveness was gone, not the greatest wine in the world but fresh, fruity and even mineral (due to the Syrah I guess) and really enjoyable. About 6€ at the time.
