I don't eat lentils much because they have too many carbs for a diabetic, but that moussaka looked delicious.
My grandmother would make "tea cakes" American style that were a soft sugar cookie that we would have with coffee around 4:00 pm

Fab, really like the use of lentils to replace mince, and couldn't agree more about extra cheese.
I had second time around leek gratin I made with free leeks from the community garden and some cheese sauce made with Maroilles, which is often in the yellow sticker fridge locally as no one here seems to care for it! With a couple of hunks of spelt bread out of the freezer, originally zero gaspille pain de la veille from the bakers. All very hearty. OH had cheese triangle sandwich – I started buying cheese triangles to get pills into the dog but we've rediscovered how much we like them! Supermarket's own, not Vache qui Rit.

I love the variety of your meals. I seem to be in a rut. I wish you had a mini-cookbook. I think you had a video a few years ago where you showed how you made the cheese sauce, etc. I will have to find it.
Well I was thinking about making pizza for dinner, for no reason other than i really like pizza. I have decided to take the fact that you guys also had pizza as a sign, and I will make the pizza.
