Man this takes me to my childhood. My mom had something similar. It was from an Amish furniture place where they had similar styles.

This kind of cabinet isn’t super easy to find new most of them are either older cottage/farmhouse style pieces or small batch handmade items that pop up on Etsy or vintage resale sites
