Hello, I would love to redo this teal wall in our lounge to make the space more inviting and to have a bit of style. Im not great at putting colours or ideas together, i just cant seem to visualize it, so would appreciate any thoughts and suggestions to help!

A shade of yellow would play off the gray floor, furniture, and window coverings nicely.
I see gray furniture, gray carpet. White bookcase and a brown coffee table.
I think it’s kinda up to you! I would do a more neutral-ish tone, and maybe a color you love. Even better if you found a color you love that coordinated with new throw pillows or a rug, that would tie the space together.
I would bring some of the outside in. I am looking at those grasses and they seem to also have some of the carpet color in them. So something in a tauge/brown/blush, IDK, it is hard to tell the true colors on my device screen, but choose something neutral and then add some art and other decor that also complement those colors from the outside. You will need more than paint to make that work, you need decor. Your coffee table also complements the grasses. I am using the window because typically you want to choose a paint that complements your decor. You have gray and taupe. Add some color.
The art over the couch is hung way too high, but it is also too small and not substantial enough for over the couch The gray is not great, so hanging some art that complements everything would help as would an area rug over the carpet. But now you have gray and taupe, so really any color will do, but find an inspiration (like the window or some art to help you with decor and finding complementing colors.
