all you need is :-

Cut 1 round thick disk Red Cabbage (use all of it for 3 servings )
Salt & pepper to taste
Cube of butter
Less than 1/2 cup Water little for cooking
Tex mex spice (any kind of spice blend that you like )
#Soubise sauce ;-
1/2 onion
1 cup of milk
1 tbsp of flour
Pinch of clove pwdr / nutmeg pwdr
Pinch of Salt & paper
#Crumble :-
1 1/2 tbsp of finely chopped parley
2 tbsp of chopped Cashew nuts / walnuts / hazelnuts
1 tbsp of Parmesan powder
1 tbsp of Olive oil
