Hi all. Thanks so much for all the help, tips and tricks and learning I’ve gotten tip toeing my way into the wine world. This platform has been great! I am currently in a state where I have 500+bottles in my “to try” list, and i am a bit overwhelmed on where to go forward, maybe some of you can see holes in my cellar on what types of wines I could dive into?

Any ideas on grapes/styles/producers would be greatly appreciated. Both for everyday wines and for nicer bottles.

Red on the first photo, white on the second.

Edit:

I have some Lopez d H coming in, as well as some new German pinots.

What German Pinots do you have incoming?

It’s really dependent on what you’re digging right now. There’s lots of categories – France alone: Champagne, Loire reds, Alsace, red and white burgundies (prob not bojo though), northern Rhône reds, Rhône whites, Provence. You’d have to provide more insight on what styles you are interested in exploring.

I personally would go for some brunello or st.émilion for red and some alsace riesling for white

Those Bordeaux numbers are rookie numbers. Time to pump up those numbers.

Continue to leave German riesling out so there’s more for me.
