This Tiny (340 Square ft including loft) Garden House is the perfect retreat and tiny living experience for anyone visiting Tacoma or the surrounding area! Equipped with all of the essentials – a queen-size bed (loft), full-size pull out sofa, smart TV, Fireplace, A/C, refrigerator, gourmet coffee maker, 2 induction cooktops, spa shower with 9 different shower heads, fast Wifi, private entrance with a charming patio, and more! The Garden House is sure to please any traveler passing through.
The space
The Garden Home is located in the backyard of our main home. Lighted walkways guide you to your destination from the front of our home (street parking). There is an attached private & covered patio off the entrance of the space, which is equipped with two large french doors that can be left open to create an indoor/outdoor feel. The space is small in size but large in comfort. If the loft is intended to be used, guests MUST feel comfortable with heights and climbing a self-locking librarians’ ladder (300lb weight limit on ladder). Please refrain from allowing children up in the loft area when possible!
