Een trap leidt naar de bovenverdieping met twee tweepersoonsslaapkamers, een toilet met wastafel en een doucheruimte.

De woning is aangesloten op het gemeentelijk riool, voorzien van kunststof kozijnen met dubbele beglazing, een satellietantenne voor Britse tv en elektrische verwarming. Dankzij de lage jaarlijkse belastingen (in totaal minder dan € 400 voor beide belastingen samen!) is dit een uitstekend vakantiehuis.
