Haven’t been to Le Colonial in ATL, but have been to Le Colonial in Chicago several times. One of my favorite French Vietnamese Restaurants. Love their small bowl of Pho, has the most tender beef (I think they use Sirloin?)., fried whole fish, banh uot, and cha gio.
