There’s just something about a really good, creamy chicken dinner that makes everyone happy. And this French Chicken Fricassee? SO GOOD. 🤤

Tender, juicy chicken simmered in a rich, silky sauce that tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen. But the best part? It’s actually so simple to make! Nothing fancy, just a handful of ingredients coming together into something seriously delicious.

This is the kind of dinner you make once and immediately know it’s going into your regular rotation. Serve it with mashed potatoes, rice, or some crusty bread to soak up every last bit of that sauce. Trust me, you won’t want to leave any behind!

  1. If there is butter, cream, and wine, it's definitely French. 😉I make a similar chicken, mushroom, onion, garlic, etc, and coconut cream. Keep forgetting wine that I should add. YUMM!
