Ingredients (2 servings | 12 mins)
• 4 eggs
• ½ cup French beans (finely chopped)
• 1 medium potato (finely chopped or grated)
• 1 small onion (finely chopped)
• 1 medium tomato (finely chopped)
• ½ tsp red chilli powder
• ½ tsp turmeric (optional)
• ½ tsp black pepper
• Salt to taste
• 1–2 tsp oil or butter
Method in 3 lines:

Whisk eggs with salt, red chilli powder & black pepper.
Heat oil → lightly sauté chopped French beans, potato, onion & tomato for 2 mins.
Pour egg batter over veggies → cook on medium-low flame 4–5 mins per side till golden → serve hot!
