  3. It's supposed to be wet not dry inside as it's a half cooked omelette. And butter on the pan not oil. At least the way Motokichi Yukimura makes it in Japan

  4. All of these expert chefs in the comments saying it’s overcooked, go make omurice by yourself and see how impressive his one still is. Maybe it’s not 1:1 perfect to Japanese standards but this is still a damn good omurice and I’d gladly eat it

  5. 7 8 seconds over cooked.

    I tried this like 10 times only one time I manage to execute it correctly.. 😅
