
Started the day on the RPM Seafood patio, with my favorite vendor, enjoying Oysters/Calamari and the new 2025 Massican wines with Dan Petroski.
I left that to work all night, and enjoyed some 2022 DOCG Fiano, with Blue and Henry. All the while, I cooked some “fried spaghetti” with a 2022 Beaulieu Vineyard Cabernet.
Back at it again tomorrow with a new kitchen. Wish me luck.
