This curry is packed with tender beef and a trio of classic root vegetables: creamy potatoes, sweet carrots, and savory sweet potatoes, all simmered in a complex, spiced curry sauce. It’s a perfect meal to enjoy after a long day in nature.
The real magic happens when you pair it with Crusty Vietnamese Bread (similar to a French baguette). This bread is crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside, and perfect for dipping into the hot curry. A match made in heaven!
