Paris just turned into a giant open-air bakery! ✨🥐
La Fête du Pain is back in front of Notre-Dame Cathedral and this year the festival is celebrating its 30th anniversary!
The festival takes place every year around Saint Honoré’s day, the patron saint of bakers… which is why this entire event is dedicated to celebrating French bread, pastries, and baking traditions 👀
Bakers and pastry chefs from all over France are making iconic breads and pastries LIVE in front of visitors, while the entire place smells like fresh butter and warm baguettes 🥖
You can watch the entire process, taste fresh samples for free, discover award-winning breads, enjoy different competitions and even buy the fresh pastries straight from the counter.
And on May 15th, they’ll be building a giant Eiffel Tower made completely out of bread 🗼🥖
📍 Parvis Notre-Dame – Place Jean-Paul II
📅 May 8th – 17th, 2026
