Lillet is an aperitif wine (a blend of Bordeaux wines and citrus liqueur). In France, Lillet is usually served on ice with a slice of orange, or a lemon or lime peel. It can also used as a cocktail ingredients.
Today we gonna use it to make two cocktails:
Lillet Blanc Tonic
50ml Lillet Blanc
100ml Tonic Water
1 slice of cucumber
Lillet Fizz
50ml Lillet Blanc
100ml Soda Water
1 slice of lemon
