Heathfield Le Marché (French Market) Entertainment 2020…..What would have been but for Covid 19. The entertainment for this year’s event on August Bank Holiday Monday was booked long before Covid 19 hit the nation (we work well in advance) and we keep performers as local as possible whilst trying to cater for varied tastes and age groups. Although the event organisers are all volunteers (Le Marché is not profit making and the entertainment is paid for mainly by the traders and local businesses, in stand fees and by advertising in the guide), some of the entertainers are professionals and have had their income severely hit by, quite simply, not being allowed to entertain! So, if anyone has a future interest, for weddings/parties/general entertainment, in any of the acts you see in this video (it features what would have been seen in alphabetical order), they are listed below with either their website or contact details. Look after yourselves everyone as we’re hoping that we will be able to hold Le Marché 2021 on Bank Holiday Monday, 30th August 2021.
