The ingredients:

A: Dough:
1/ Two glasses of flour
2/ Teaspoon of sugar
3/ Teaspoon of salt
5/ Teaspoon of cake yeast
8/ Half a glass of cooking oil
9/ Pour some water til getting a soft dough
10/ Let the dough rest for 20 minutes

B: Filling:
1/ Onion
2/ Two tablespoons of olive oil
3/ Minced meat
5/ Teaspoon of cumin
6/ Pinch of salt
7/ Pinch of ginger
8/ Pinch of parsley
9/ Steamed potatoes
10/ Grated cheese
