  2. I noticed that the same gloves used to handle prosciutto and salami were also used to slice Castelmagno cheese. I just wanted to point this out since it could be a potential cross-contamination issue.

    This is not kosher/halal friendly.

  3. Epoisse is actually mild in your mouth, and when cold less smelly or tasty – this cheese needs to be out of the fridge a little while (not even long, 10-15 minutes is fine) to also get it’s soft center. Great dipping cheese when it’s warm enough 😋

  4. The wrapping in plastic then paper cheapens the service. Paper (coated) is all that is needed and doesn’t make things look cheap when opening in front of guests
