  2. Flip them a little sooner. Then spoon oil over the bare spots like that. Also by spooning the oil over the top as you go it will help brown the sides as well.
    If you are going to continue doing food videos may I suggest getting your Servsafe certification as well.
    It's not expensive and you can do it online.

  4. You guys are in Canada right? If near Vancouver or Toronto, you can easily try this IRL in the cha chaan tengs in Chinatown or the Chinese suburbs! I don't know about the other big cities but those 2 for sure will have authentic HK restaurants where this is commonplace on the menu

  5. I honestly love seeing the grey appear in his beard! My friends started going salt-and-pepper in his thirties and it looks great.
