Watch as Vogue cover star Rosalía prepares her own take on tortilla de patatas. The Spanish singer-songwriter, who’s a major foodie, welcomes us into the Vogue kitchen to cook what may just be her favorite meal. As friends gather around to help, Rosalía pops open a bottle of Sancerre and walks us through her process. Between laughs and casual kitchen chatter, she rattles off a few aphorisms about drinking and serving wine. She then moves on to prepare pa amb tomàquet, the classic tomato-rubbed bread that pairs perfectly with the omelette. After a couple of less-than-confident flips, we’re left with a beautifully golden dish, ready to be served.

Un día dije que Rosi era más española que una tortilla de patatas, y mírala, cocinando una tortilla de papas y encima con cebolla (¡mi team!). También haciendo un guiño a su tierra con el pan con tomate (en casa lo hago igual que ella restregando el tomate en el pan, así se lo enseñó mi abuela a mi madre y ella a mí).
