Recipes:

1. Corn chaat balls
Ingredients:
1 cup sweet corn (boiled and coarsely mashed)
1 large potato (boiled and mashed)
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
Spices: 1 tsp each of chaat masala, cumin, and garlic powder, and ½ tsp salt
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Juice of half a lemon
Method:
Combine corn, potato, breadcrumbs, onion, spices, and coriander
Mix well, form into balls, and lightly spray or brush with oil.
Air-fry at 200°C for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
Serve.

2. Paneer Tikka
Ingredients:
½ cup hung curd
2 tbsp mustard oil
2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp pepper powder
200g Paneer
Method:
Mix together all ingredients for the marinade.
Marinate the paneer cubes for 30 minutes.
Arrange on toothpicks and air fry at 200C for 10-12 mins.

3. Air fried chicken popcorns
Ingredients:
250g Chicken breast
1 tsp kasmiri chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp oil
Flour to coat
Bread crumbs to coat

4. Oats Paneer Cutlets
1 cup rolled oats
100g paneer
1 cup mixed boiled veggies (potato, carrot, peas)
¼ cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp chickpea flour (besan)
1 tbsp grated onion
Spices: 1 tsp each of garam masala and cumin, ¼ tsp each of turmeric, salt, and red chili powder
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, juice of half a lemon

Method
Combine oats, veggies, chickpea flour, onion, lemon juice, and spices
Form cutlets with the mixture, dip in extra breadcrumbs to coat eveniy.
Air-fry at 200°C for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.

5. Masala Chickpea
Ingredients
1.5 cups boiled chickpeas (pat dry)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
Juice of half a lemon
Spices:
1 tsp each of red chili
chaat masala
½ tsp black salt
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp salt
Method:
Mix chickpeas with oil, spices, and lemon juice.
Air-fry at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until crispy, shaking halfway through.
Enjoy them as a snack or add to salads & trail mixes.

  1. Chef i make broccoli tarts with aloo, peas , soya granules paneer and sattu for binding. Though I add little oil the surface is always dry. Can you let me know what I can do to avoid that
