Probably no time in my schedule this year for a Napa trip, but soon. Lovely video.
All great suggestions and really helpful for Napa first timers. Question John. I like to support the small family owned and operated wineries. Fewer and fewer of them. Shafer still makes great wines` but since their sale a few years back I reallocated my spending away from them. Can you put i the hopper a video to highlight some of these wineries?
Thanks for this video. My favorite experiences (back when I was actively visiting vineyards) came off season. Often you could meet the owners, and the winemakers, and, once you displayed more than a rudimentary knowledge, you often got a truly magical tour and tasting. Every tourist experience is similar, but scratching below the surface gets you much more. You've motivated me to get back to it.
