2025 unveiled the 4th Annual edition of ATWI80P—an evening that didn’t just surpass its legendary predecessors, but redefined what luxury dining in India can feel like.
On 15 November, Gourmet Planet presented its exclusive ATWI80P dinner, and from the very first moment, it was clear we were about to witness something extraordinary. Last year felt impossible to top… yet this edition soared past every expectation. Guests spoke in awe, calling it one of the finest GP experiences ever curated.
The Claridges Garden welcomed us like a scene from a cinematic dream. Under soft golden lighting, an impeccably trained staff glided through the pathways, escorting each of the 120 guests—many wide-eyed first timers—straight to their elegantly set tables with seamless perfection.
On either side of the garden, two premium bars framed the night like luxury bookends, pouring the rarest spirits and finest alcohol for more than five uninterrupted hours—until I finally requested them to close. Hospitality flowed just as generously as the drinks.
And then came the food—a global odyssey of flavour, the kind of menu that leaves even the most seasoned diners momentarily speechless.
Eighty to one hundred dishes, each one crafted live, each lifted from a different corner of the world, spanning all five continents.
I have never seen a restaurant or hotel anywhere on the planet execute such an ambitious spread—and deliver 8/10 or higher across every single station. It was nothing short of culinary theatre.

• Denmark’s freshest Oysters glistening like pearls on ice
• Jumbo Fresh Crabs and Tiger Prawns unmatched in size and freshness in the city
• Silky White Asparagus flown in specially for the evening
• A colossal Sri Lankan Jumbo Mud Crab—the one I received alone weighed 2.2 kg
• Juicy Fresh Grilled Lobsters
• Grilled New Zealand Lamb Chops with impeccable char
• Slow-cooked Omani Shuwa
• Luxurious Malai Chingri
• Buttery Miso Black Cod
• Russian Caviar shimmering like black diamonds
• And Afghani Kabuli Pulao to complete the indulgence

Every dish stood as a tribute to the genius of Executive Chef Ankur Gulati, whose passion and precision have placed him among the country’s most visionary culinary leaders. His brigade of chefs executed a performance worthy of a standing ovation—each plate a masterpiece.
