  2. I love the idea of the longevity diet. Thank you for addressing this you have changed my relationship with French butter, dark, chocolate and cheese. Thank you.

  3. Hello from Canada! I just adore your channel! ❤ As you are a nutritionist, I would really enjoy hearing more about the nutritional aspect and health benefits of your diet and lifestyle choices. I love to learn about health and nutrition, and you seem so knowledgeable. Thanks for all the cooking inspiration! 😊

  4. Bon jour, Thank you for your interesting and appetizing video and for sharing your weekly exercise regimen. I live in the u.s.a. and the one component of the "Easy French Diet" that I find most difficult to practice here is the more relaxed French lifestyle. I have always felt a strong affinity for the more European views and practices of daily life and often find myself alone while trying to live that simple, elegant, and appreciative lifestyle. I live in the southwest part of the u.s.a. I very rarely encounter people here who appreciate food, ingredients, and simple pleasures the way that I do. Well, regardless, I keep living my best.. Thank you again for your lovely videos.

  5. It would be great to see different products in your grocery store. impressed with the amount of weights you lift! Thank for the videos, I enjoy them.

  6. Hello – l don’t remember your view on wine and longevity- barring any circumstances that might make a person decide not to drink. Merci! G

  7. We’ve had awful rain here in the UK too. I am looking forward to drier days and the spring time! Another lovely video Merci à bientôt

  8. Hello Diane. Thank you for your informative video. The resistance exercises you do are impressive and have inspired me to resume them. And your interesting and balanced meals look delicious. Seeing the Seine flooded is always shocking in a way.
This has been an extremely cold and snowy year so far and today it is snowing again with much predicted. I’ve been following your suggestions for more protein at breakfast. In addition to two eggs and yogurt with fruit, Ive added fish.
I’ll be flying to Paris this coming Monday and from CDG, taking the train to the Vienne department. Please continue with your inspirational work.
    Thank you…Joseph.

  9. Another great video. Can you please share why the typical cost of the chocolate bars is? I feel that the price of quality, dark chocolate here is quite expensive. At least in West Texas

  10. I am wanting to add cheese to my diet in place of dessert or snacks- do you have a portion by itself, with fruit/ vegetables, bread/ cracker? merci! Greg

  11. Your simple but very informative videos really helped shift away from a sweet breakfast. It's such a game changer for blood sugar control, but all the savory breakfasts out there never appealed to me. Until I saw yours. So simple.. And satisfying.
