I think Lyon may be our next destination! My husband loves cold meat which I as a Japanese cannot comprehend😂 He would definitely enjoy the meat board and the intestines for sure!
Lyon has an impressive food scene! I feel like I would want to try the intestine dish. It's hard to say if I will like it, but there is only one way to find out! If I tried haggis and liked it, I can see me trying it! I definitely will need to head to Lyon someday to try all kinds of these tasty foods! Awesome video!
