    I love it! Nutritious, delicious and most importantly it's the kind of stuff that human bodies have evolved to expect. Compare that with a plastic maccies – actually there is no comparison. Bad nutrition has consequences years down the line. Not a case of if, but when. Keep this stuff coming Jamie! And a Happy New Year to you and your gang!

    Love this. You've done some brilliant recipes thoughout the years but honestly – you should scrap everything you've done up until now. More veg and seasonal greens is good for people as well as the planet.

    Awesome book and video, as always! It would be great if you could make a video on how to create a homemade version of your super grains. In my country, there isn’t any ready-made rice or grain product like that available, and ordering it from the UK or elsewhere feels a bit impractical.

    Hands on raw chicken and then in the salt and pepper – even shooting some pepper back into the bowl? Then washing hands? I would expect a better example from a professional 😂
