Great recipe! I had something very similar for dinner! But I had Toulouse sausages, and I cooked them first with fried onions, and I added white wine and some root vegetables – carrots, parsnips and swede. It was great too, but I think the texture of the Diots will be different? I can't find those sausages here. Seeing Notre-Dame lit up at night was a real treat to see, too. Thank you.

Food prices are continuing to rise in the US. I was curious about the cost of the good food you share with us. Is it expensive to buy groceries in Paris? The meals look great as usual. Thanks for the great ideas.
