Its funny to hear that. French crepe which is very similar to dosa and the Ratatouille with all vegetables and Spinach cream which is more similar to spinach dal. I am indian who married a French man and for past 10 years its mostly fusion cooking. Like how people think naan is indian food here thats how for other cuisine also. When i really mix with their culture we definitely find lot of similarities between us.
Rubbish talking thru your hat your restaurant had overpriced food
French cuisine is mild in spice and is not palatable to the Indian tastebuds.
Indian food is just liquid slop
French food isn’t crap you need to douse in mouth numbing spices to hide the crap factor
I think french pastries will definitely be accepted here in India and so do many soups and casseroles
Indian tongue don’t like blend food
