This is how I always make pancakes
They look flat and oily to me 🤔 They probably taste great but I prefer more fluffy ones, less oily. Or crepes are good too. The ones he made are maybe a little bit of an "overkill" imo. They remind me a little bit of Racuchy (Polish apple "pancakes").
Can I make the batter earlier and then refrigerated it
This is not for the British! I made like 15 pancakes, used a whole tub of baking power and don’t have 2 or 4 teaspoons of salt, it came out salty!! I was in the kitchen for 3 hours 😭.
