Ha, ha, ha…. in Northern California we are paying the USD equivalent($4.79) to 4.60 Euros! I would LOVE to pay 1.80! AND the US gallon size is 20% smaller than the imperial gallon. So we are getting less and paying way more.

In Canada the price per litre is $1.80 CAD. From my experience, it's always been just about the same between Canada and France, but not adjusted for value between them.

1.80 euros per liter! That equates to approximately $7.12 USD per gallon of gas. I filled up this morning for $2.29 USD per gallon which equates to 0.58 euros per liter. That is wild to me.
That’s roughly $6.80/gal so even more expensive than California. Cheapest gas I can get is $3.95/gal which would be €1/liter. It’s a lot cheaper most states, like €0.77/liter or less

The price of petrol in Canada where I live is $1.46 which is equivalent to 0.96 euros. And I think I pay too much.

I purchased fuel here in the Los Angeles area for $4.19 backward conversion for France would be.
$4.19 per gallon 1 US gallon = 3.785 liters. SO, $4.19 ÷ 3.785 = $1.10 or €1.05.
Here in Georgia USA, regular gas is around $2.65 a gallon. Diesel is around $ 4 a gallon.
I live in Northern Utah, USA and filled up yesterday is $3.97 / per gallon right now for unleaded. $4.56/ per gallon. Diesel

Price in the rural south of France about 1.70 ish but cheaper over the border in Spain lucky for us its 20 minutes away
