Checkers is a place you endure in a seedy spot at 4am, dodging homeless people and women of the night, bc the fries are fire (when not cooked in old oil), you're drunk off different colored liquor, and they're the only place besides a sad McDonalds (or White Castle) open within one square mile. That said, in those conditions, it always hits. My go-to is always the Baconzilla, wings, fries: The Unholy Trinity.
I like the Big Buford, the fries ofc, and a banana milk shake…. it was always "Rally's" where I grew up, but then Checkers was added, and it's really like both menus on one menu , hence the different burger patties (the baconzilla I believe is a Rally's burger, the smaller burger is Checkers)
Nice review !! Checkers is still on my US food bucketlist. But with the portion sizes of the food over there it is hard. Sometimes it takes me 3 meals to finish a dish but i'll get there some day ❤

Checkers is the greasiest but cheapest fast food you can get. Its the Pinnacle of unhealthy. But it will fill you up
