Trying McDonald’s in 7 European Countries (Italy, Germany, UK, France, Hungary, Austria, Belgium)

We are trying McDonald’s in 7 different countries in Europe to experience the localized menu offerings of each. We start at McDonald’s in Belgium, where we try McFlavor Fries topped with cheese, tomatoes, and onions, a Samurai burger, and a Chicken Big Mac. In Hungary, the highlight was the Camembert Cheese Wrap made with breaded camembert cheese. On our UK visit, we finally got to try the vegan McPlant burger as well as the Big Tasty Spicy and a Cadbury Wisper Gold McFlurry. Italy seemed to have some of the most uinque items at a McDonald’s, like Panzerotti (which were like stuffed pizza pockets), parmesan snacks, and a pistachio McFlurry. In Germany, we had curly fries, a first for us at a McDonald’s. We also tried a sweet chili chicken wrap, and Pizza pockets. In Austria, we LOVED the Curry Burger, but some of the other items were a miss. In France, we had to get a “Royale with Cheese”, but also tried unique items like a Chicken Bacon Onion sandwich and macarons from McCafé.

trekking throughout seven countries in
Europe we’ll be trying McDonald’s in
each one seeing what unique items each
country offers from panzera in Italy to
a cam and bear cheese wrap in Hungary to
Cadbury McFlurries in the UK to the
legendary Royale with cheese in France
come along as we experience what
McDonald’s is like across Europe
starting in Belgium there were quite a
few things that we have never seen
before so we chose at least a few of
them we went and picked it up since we
have a little goober and although we’ve
discovered that many places in Belgium
are dog friendly McDonald’s don’t seem
to be MC flavor
fries uh I was not expecting those to
have like salsa or Pico Deo or something
on them I think it’s just Tomatoes but
like also grilled onions oh sort of um
In-N-Out Burger esque but with tomatoes
H okay I saw that and I wasn’t entirely
excited about it but that’s actually
pretty good it sort of gives me like a
barbecue chip sort of flavor Vibe but
with cheese the smell coming off them is
definitely giving me pico Deo um
but M oh they’re different than I was
expecting oh those have a little kick to
them they do they’re a little bit spicy
yeah they’re a little spicy they’re very
smoky I think the Smokey might even be
in the cheese sauce maybe like there is
a barbecue flavor it’s kind of like
having like a smoky nacho cheese on
fries yeah but then with some Pico de
Gile on top it’s it’s kind of a weird
combo but it’s pretty good good decent
yeah what is this that is Samurai cheese
has a samurai sauce and it looks like
some little like french fried onions or
something I think it has yeah french
fried onions regular they’re like minced
onions Samurai sauce and cheese I think
that’s is that a pickle in there oh and
there’s pickles yeah it smells all
right now the stai sauce is tagged as
being spicy that’s weird okay it is it
like sushi it’s like it tastes like
spicy mayo and the onion Crunchies that
you get on Sushi sometimes I was
wondering I thought that that might be
what it was going for interesting buns
have a different consistency than in the
US that’s
fair but that’s what it tastes like
right mhm it’s not bad it’s kind of
weird but I don’t dislike it it’s like a
McDonald’s cheeseburger with Sushi
toppings yeah is very different but
pretty good I I don’t mind it what else
we got in here a chicken Big Mac you
were saying you saw this in England I
think I saw an ad for it in England so
we may learn as we are traveling
throughout Europe that uh some of these
items are available in multiple
countries but they’re definitely things
that we do not have in the US at least
unless they rolled them out recently
since we’ve been
gone I love this container I don’t I
don’t know it just gives me like classic
McDonald’s Vibes except not
Styrofoam yeah do you see that the Buns
just are different here like it’s almost
more of like a brown bun yeah like
they’re less golden and more like brown
maybe they’re more of like a brown bread
because we’ve had other Burgers from
other places that were on Brown rolls oh
that makes sense yeah yeah you’re right
so it’s more of like a a wheat bread
instead of being a white bread this is a
chicken patty that looks fairly
different I would say from a McChicken
or something in the US smaller smaller
Patty and then I think your standard Mac
sauce pickles now a Big Mac is probably
my go-to at McDonald’s Jeremy doesn’t
love it I love that Mac sauce so I I
decided I’m going to give it a whir
first this is a messy the chicken
patties make it like heftier and and
like taller
almost seems like you’re going to have
to take a second bite to really get to
the chicken almost it’s very weird
because it’s something that I’m so used
to where’s the burger like it doesn’t
have that burger taste it’s yeah we know
when I was younger my brother used to
make a MC Barnyard where he would put
like a McChicken between a big ma kind
of thing I feel like this is kind of in
that Vibe but like it it almost does
need like a burger patty in there
somewhere to give it that true Big Mac
flavor but overall I like it pretty well
well I don’t know how you’re going to
like it Jeremy you don’t love it no
should we try these regular fries before
they get cold cuz nothing is worse than
cold McDonald’s fries sweeten sour sauce
seems to be a thing here in Belgium when
we first got into Brussels we had KFC
and uh had some sweeten sour sauce with
chicken and it was interesting and that
fres is for Carly cuz I dropped it on
the
floor this is different than the one at
KFC even I don’t even know how you
describe that it’s very different from
any sweeden s sauce I’ve ever had I
would say that it’s almost like the red
sauce that you get at Chinese food
American Chinese food and not an actual
sweet and sour sauce from Chinese
food I could see that yeah it’s just
it’s like pretty sweet though mhm it’s
pretty sweet it’s and a little bit sour
yeah the Maestro Jack
Junior they do have a full Maestro Jack
but with all the things we got we
decided let’s try the junior this one’s
different it has poppy seeds on the bun
does looks a little fancy here yeah
there is a lot going on a lot going on
and it’s mostly lettuce uh but I think
under that lettuce is some bacon and a
burger do we know what kind of sauce
this has on it if anything kind of just
looks Mayon mayo oh a lemon Mayo
interesting oh that is an interesting
cheese is that like monster or goua yeah
I think it started with an M but it
wasn’t monster okay
interesting the lemon
Mayo’s good I guess the brown bread is
is fine it just I don’t know it just
doesn’t appeal to me greatly I don’t
think it’s bad but I probably wouldn’t
get it again that is the most unlike
anything I’ve ever had in McDonald’s
like it just doesn’t really taste that
much like a McDonald’s
burger like it kind of has that classic
McDonald’s burger taste but everything
else go around it including the Red
Onion the Tomato the bacon the like
fresh lettuce it’s it’s all just very
different from what I would expect from
a McDonald’s experience it’s like a
little bit bougie and I don’t know that
that works for McDonald’s yeah that’s
kind of I think my problem with it it’s
like it’s not what I expect from
McDonald’s it’s a little too fancy in
Budapest Hungary is McDonald’s
considered one of the most beautiful
McDonald’s in the world and I can see
why connected to the train station this
opulent McDonald’s is so beautiful and
ornate that it’s hard to believe this is
even a McDonald’s and the menu looks
even more interesting with so many
unique items to choose from I’m noticing
some very different items like all these

myastro Gusto Greg myastro bold Bruce uh
there’s something called a cam and bear
CLA I hope that Jeremy gets us that also
I think this is the first McDonald’s
I’ve ever seen that has both Coke
products and Pepsi what’d you get us
let’s
see I mean you got to try fries
yeah oh is this the myastro Rebeca no
Cam and bear CLA oh myastro Cam and bear
CLA oh it’s without meat yeah it’s
cheese rrap oh it’s cheese instead of I
thought maybe it had chicken in it or
something too with Cam bear it’s just a
cam bear that’s nice kind like a halumi
rrap but with Cam
bear so this this is the Maestro Felix

Felix so it has a burger patty and what
else I think it’s a cheese Patty oh okay
like a fried cheese Patty all right why
don’t you start us off with this burger
I’m so intrigued by it has an
aoli lettuce tomato aoli a burger and a
fried cheese dis cheese disc
okay that’s pretty solid
the cheese Patty things got a nice
flavor in the AL it’s it’s Pleasant
isn’t my favorite thing I’ve ever had no
but it’s not bad I really like that it
doesn’t taste like McDonald’s at all
which in this case is a good thing that
cheese ptty is really nice like it’s
nice and crusty and it’s got IG gooey
cheese it gives it a really nice flavor
you can’t really taste the burger that
much I feel like the aoli and all the
other things are what takes over and the
bun is really nice this is maybe my
favorite McDonald’s bun yet cam bear out
of McDonald’s yes please I’ll take camon
bear in any situation I can’t it’s like
stuff to it oh there it goes they also
have uh just little Cam and bear bites
that you can order oh so it’s kind of
like the halumi yeah with the I think a
cranberry dipping sauce it had I’m going
to just go ahead and make the executive
decision that I don’t want that tomato
right
there okay so it is like a a fried Cam
and bear it’s a breaded
breaded cam of
be and it has maybe that ooli on it also
something yeah it’s interesting that
this um wrap is uh looks very flavorful
um looks like it has a lot of seasonings
in it yeah looks like sundried tomato
year or something
almost you like that mhm I wonder if
it’s caprika oh I bet that probably is
what it is it definitely has a zest to
it I’m not sure exactly but the cam bear
is lovely it’s like nice and gooey on
the inside has that little bit of like
tiny bit of funk that the cam bear has
but not as like funky as some Cam and
bears that we’ve tried this is really
nice this is really nice I so far this
is my favorite I feel like every time we
go somewhere like this is my favorite
McDonald’s experience but man this is a
good item I like that a lot that might
be my favorite thing that we’ve had at
this McDonald’s and last but certainly
not least we had to try the pork the
pork pork
sandwich it is a cute little guy isn’t
it looks like is this on their like I
think they had a like a mcm’s menu that
was like a less expensive maybe that was
on there I don’t know I don’t know but
it does look like a like less fancy than
what we’ve had so far so let’s see how
it Stacks up to the very nice high-end
things spicy sauce lettuce looks like
fried onions french fried onions there
that’s nice at least uh the the pork
patty and like a cute little bun kind of
reminds me of breakfast sausage oh okay
but with a spicy
sauce it’s pretty nice actually I think
that those are like fried onions or
something in there like it has something
that’s adding like an oniony
flavor yeah it’s kind of like a
breakfast sausage a a little bit
and yeah that spicy sauce is good it’s
it’s not something I would have expected
to go well together but it does it works
it’s not bad try their Cris cut fries
indeed I feel like if you had a seasoned
fry before curly fry something like that
you you had these I I like them they’re
good but they’re nothing like surprising
or different and a spicy oh it’s like a
spicy pepper I think our Google
translate pistachio said it was
pistachio but no it’s a spicy pepper
sauce we’re going to try the spicy Pista
sauce whatever that
it’s quite spicy yeah it’s got It’s got
some heat to it it kind of tastes like
like a Sriracha mayo or something okay I
mean a little different but kind of yeah
it’s good on our first trip to the UK we
tried veggie Dippers and a chicken
Legend sandwich and really enjoyed their
unique flavors and overall quality
compared to what we would typically find
at McDonald’s in the US this time we’re
trying the mplant burger the big tasty
spicy burger and the Cadbury Wisper gold
McFlurry my MC plant
which I’m just kind of curious what the
Patty looks like oh okay I don’t think
that they really have those here but it
to me looks like a boka
burger that is so
good yeah that’s really tasty and I love
that it still has that like McDonald’s
taste the one that I love and Jeremy
doesn’t a big tasty spicy that is a
giant Patty it is pretty big I feel like
spicy things here are way notched down
spicy as compared to at home like at
least at fast food and stuff like that I
mean it does have a little bit of a kick
to it it’s it’s not bad last but
certainly not least is a McFlurry that
we’ve never tried before is this a whis
the gold
gold wh Gold’s my favorite I know that’s
why I got it for
you I got it in my hair Oh no you’re a
hot mess that’s nice though I think it
just has chunks of cury yeah I think so
and caramel caramel
sauce but it’s it’s pretty tasty it
doesn’t taste like a Murry in the US I
would say
pretty much at all but it is quite
lovely we’ve made our way to Rome an
incredible City full of so much history
and so many ancient ruins to explore it
feels very appropriate that our first
Italian McDonald’s experience is in a
McDonald’s that quite literally has
Roman ruins in it this McDonald’s has
ruins of the cian wall this wall was
believed to be constructed during the
fifth and sixth centuries BC and the
ruins they’re just casually here for you
to enjoy while chowing down on some
mackes so far McDonald’s in Italy is a
good thing I
think it’s got the most ruins I’ve seen
in a McDonald’s we have a bunch of
things that we have never seen before
starting with a tasty basket so this has
some I think regular chicken nuggets
spicy chicken nuggets and then these
little beautiful pockets are I think
they’re pancera right we tried Panera in
Milan it’s kind of like a fancy pizza
pocket yeah I think they have normally
cheese and and uh or cheese and like
pido I think these are yeah like a
mozzarella and tomato sauce you want to
give them

oral it’s pretty tasty outside is like
really nice and soft
and this the sauce has some pretty good
flavor to it the chicken nuggets I think
tastes like your standard chicken
nuggets these little paneri are so
lovely like they’re just like a little
uzy cheese pocket they are kind of like
a gourmet hot pocket and they’re pretty
good oh that hot Dema sauce is really
good it’s almost like a sweet Tangy
buffalo sauce we decided to elevate our
fries by getting the cheese fries I
think the ones on the menu looked a lot
more cheesy than these ones do when we
first got them I thought that it looked
like it just had like American cheese
melted on it kind of like know animal
saw fries but it actually has a cheese
sauce and the sauce definitely has like
parmesan or something like kind of a
little more potent a little more potent
it’s not what I was expecting flavor
wise the flavor is really good I just
wish they had a little more sauce on
them MC wrap crunchy chicken uh I did
see that it had Caesar dressing on it
and parmesano
ran it’s really good this is my favorite
thing so far this just like nice and
creamy the chicken is uh it’s like nicer
quality Chicken in it it’s like real
nice and crispy the breading is
lovely yeah it’s good they’re actual
chunks of shaved Parmesan quite a few of
them inside and they are tasty I got the
my selection Speck and
aago that it’s a pretty beautiful
looking burger if I’ve ever seen one the
spec is a
smoke cured pork product looks like
there’s like an aoli on it and zucchini
which is
interesting spe is kind of salty and
Smokey the aoli I think has some sort of
mustardy element to it and once again
aago cheese we love cheese I don’t know
if this is these pickles no they’re
zucchini oh it’s
zucchini like there something’s wrong
with the pickles no it has zucchini on
it they’re grilled zucchini yeah I think
gives it kind of a weird consistency for
me it’s like kind of a weird mush but
then the ham is kind of chewy and it’s
not it’s not my personal favorite I
definitely would get the wrap again uh
the other thing we did notice I’m not
sure if this is like this in all Italian
McDonald’s but there were not any like
plant-based options when we went to the
UK they had plant-based nuggets they had
plant-based all kinds of stuff if you
were vegetarian or vegan you might have
a little bit harder time eating in
McDonald’s in Italy yeah I thought it
was so cute that you could get for I
think about a Euro a little baby brick
of Parmesan a Parmesan
snack I think this officially makes this
my
favor we saw that they had some like
Snickers and Smarties Oreo McFlurries
but what they also had was a pistachio
one so we decided we give it a
whirl I mean we’ll put it this way
you’re in a city where you can get
gelato all the place that has pistachio
that’s way better than that but in terms
of McDonald’s dessert that’s pretty good
Still’s not wrong if you can get actual
gelato that is probably 10 times better
than this but it’s also one of nicest
McDonald’s desserts I’ve ever had so it
is really nice good pistachio flavor FR
of pistachios with it
too it’s still pretty good it’s good
yeah it’s good next up we have
McDonald’s in Germany it just happens to
be Monopoly season here right now which
I’m excited
about what’ you get
us a big tasty bacon
okay curly fries okay I don’t think
we’ve ever come across curly fries at of
McDonald’s that’s exciting a chicken
sandwich called the MC Krispy that’s
apparently new okay regular fries and
pizza tashen whatever that
means similar to the ones we had in
Italy in Italy
oh I think we tried a big tasty in the
UK but this one has bacon definitely
didn’t try one with bacon we have a big
and tasty in the US but I think it’s
different than this too looks like it’s
got some kind of special sauce on it and
a burger patty I have noticed at the
ones here in Europe that they do this
kind of like flower pattern with the
Patty where it kind of has like
a edge to it scallop Edge yeah it’s like
they try to make it look like it’s
bigger without actually making it fully
filled out or something I don’t know
bacon sticking out of it is always a
good sign yeah it looks all
right has nice crispy bacon on it I’m
not entirely sure what the sauce is but
it’s pretty enjoyable for a McDonald’s
burger I think we had something similar
in the UK because it has a sauce I think
it’s the big tasty sauce it tastes like
Smokey and onion are like the two strong
flavors in it and I definitely remember
trying it before cuz cuz I it’s not my
favorite sauce
but decent these curly fries aren’t
looking too curly
but it looks like they took a regular
McDonald fry and just like gave it a
little little
twirl seasoned seasoned but not over
seasoned I think a lot of times curly
fries aren’t my favorite cuz they’re a
little too seasoned for my liking but
these are just ever so slightly seasoned
and I like them it is weird to eat a
McDonald’s fry that doesn’t taste like a
McDonald’s fry though do yeah definitely
Pizza tashion apparently translates to
three Pizza
Pockets so it is like a little hot
pocket of pizza that’s what it look like
it looks like it has meat or something
in it the ones we had in Italy were just
cheesy tomato sauce tomato sauce
yeah how do they rate compared to the
ones in Italy I think the Italy ones
might be kind of better I kind of
wondered squir you who’s that
me I got a bite of a lot of like pocket
and there’s not a ton of filling I think
the ones that we had in Italy had a
little bit more going on inside too but
these are still pretty good I would
still get these again if we came here I
guess this Krispy is is new and mean it
even has appropriate Monopoly
box oh dogs on there
oh that looks like a fancy fancy bun
yeah it looks like there’s some cheese
on
it and some sort of sauce it’s a pretty
good size looking chicken patty there’s
a tomato on there apparently that sauce
looks like mustard maybe maybe yeah that
is very much like a honey mustard sauce
on there nice crisp on the chicken I
like the cheese on it I like that that
chicken patty is delightful it’s just so
crispy it almost reminds of the popey’s
one in the US on that nice chicken
sandwich like it has a real nice crunch
to it I think the mustard is a little
bit too strong on a Dijon flavor for me
if you love mustard then you’ll probably
like how much mustard is on this if
mustard isn’t your favorite maybe get a
different sauce
yeah this is a MC wrap a sweet chili
chicken MC wrap I believe that’s what it
was yeah what I love about this
packaging it just reminds me of like 8s
McDonald’s yeah you know what I’m
talking about like that old retro just
classic
wrapping I don’t know I like it I
appreciate how grilled this is it has
some nice grill marks on the actual wrap
the chicken looks like it might just be
some chicken nuggets shoved in there
it’s got a little heat to it it’s sweet
and has some heat and yeah I think that
is chicken nuggets in it which tastes
like typical McDonald’s chicken nuggets
I’m not complaining yeah I really like
this I think this might be my favorite
item
that we’ve had here in Germany I would
10 out of 10 get this again I agree with
you that is one of the better things you
had here it might be my favorite too I’m
not sure if not it’s right up there at
the top now for the best part time to
peel these off and see all the things we
won oh I have to download an app and
register I wonder if they have any
instant
winners now I’m curious because every
single one of these has a code and there
are no instant winners and now I’m not
sure are there instant winners in any
country because we don’t despite having
McDonald’s a bunch of times while we’ve
been here in Europe we don’t actually
eat it that much at home and so now I’m
like hm do we even have them at
McDonald’s in the US cuz when’s the last
time we played Monopoly in McDonald’s I
don’t even know yeah years so I don’t
know now I’m going to now I pose you the
question does the country that you live
in have a monopoly on McDonald
and do they have instant winners or are
they all codes our next International
McDonald’s stop is here in Austria want
to start with the Signature
Collection what is that it’s a sweet
Curry burger that actually looks pretty
decent that bun looks extra golden bacon
cheese oh it has like Curry ketchup on
it right I think it has ketchup and then
a curry a different curry sauce like
underneath it oh
okay
oh you know I’m not the biggest
McDonald’s fan we know we were aware of
this by now that’s pretty good actually
all
right just like a little bit of Curry
and the tomato or ketchup and bacon and
everything goes together pretty well
that’s like one of the better McDonald’s
burgers I’ve ever had I think that is so
good it also has so it has like on the
bottom button you can see oh the curry
yeah it has Curry and it has like some
fried onions yeah mhm um yeah that’s
really nice uh I think the ketchup might
also be a curry ketchup as well not
sure I think it is oh okay I think yeah
that’s really nice these are cornflake
chicken strips okay they taste nothing
like a McDonald’s chicken product the
meat looks like your standard McDonald’s
chicken but the the coating is like real
crispy I’m going to try it with this
sour cream
dip I think that was maybe for one of
the other things more than this but it’s
probably not bad with these I ordered a
hot devil sauce I have no idea what it
is it’s tomatoey smelling but also spicy
smelling is it a hot devil that’s pretty
warm for something that I just had at
McDonald’s that’s pretty warm we have a
spicy chicken sandwich at home but it
doesn’t have habanero on it I would say
that this is the
most like something in in the US that
we’ tried so far yeah it’s pretty much
like your standard MC chicken but that
sauce definitely creeps up on you it’s
really tasty though I really like that
sauce it has a nice flavor nacho cheese
bites at home in America we have there’s
a Dorito thing but this looks very
similar to this that are kind of bad so
we’ll see how this
is um they taste a little better than
those honestly maybe it’s the outside of
the texture or something but they’re in
that wheelhouse they’re not great
they’re not my favorite when you said
nacho cheese I don’t know what I was
expecting I mean they are definitely
nacho cheese but they almost taste like
like chili like a like a bowl of chili
okay yeah fa cheese is flavored like
that and I think that might be what
makes them kind of unusual uh they’re
not I probably wouldn’t get them no I
agree next up McDonald’s in France we
were going to go to the one at the
airport cuz we are staying at a hotel
near the airport but it had some pretty
terrible reviews about how it can take
an hour for you to get your food there
so we decided to order it with deliver
to our hotel oh man I wonder I wonder if
this is still the airport because
another thing said that their order was
wrong and our order is wrong but that’s
okay I think we got the things that are
important this one is the CBO the
chicken bacon onion according to my uh
translation and has a special bread that
has bacon pieces specialty breaded
chicken salad bacon melted bacon
flavored cheese with pepper and prepared
and fried onions I don’t think I got any
of the actual streaky bacon in the bite
but it definitely does have some bacon
flavor going on with the bacon
sauce and the bun the onions are
crispy it’s not bad I love that Jeremy’s
review of McDonald’s in the US is it’s
kind of bad and Jeremy’s review of
McDonald’s and other countries is it’s
not bad look at the patty patty looks
different than a McChicken in the US but
it tastes pretty similar to that to me
definitely have better in other
countries but this overall is pretty
good and I like the little like crispy
bits of fried onions in it we’ve learned
as far as McDonald’s goes that the
chicken nuggets are pretty Universal
wherever you go they seem to be pretty
similar um probably even have the same
four shapes yeah maybe are there I
wonder are they the same shapes that we
get cuz they do seem to be uh pretty
similar I bet they
are uh we weren’t supposed to get them
we were supposed to get a mcdw we had a
little mishap the first time we went to
France we went to Disneyland Paris and
all of the card machines in the park
weren’t working and we ended up having
to go outside of the park and get
McDonald’s because they would take our
card and we didn’t have any cash on us
and we tried a mcdu I think we tried a
quesadilla like we’ve we’ve tried stuff
but the thing that we didn’t try that I
was kicking myself about after we left
was the Royale cheese because you know
if you’re a if you’re a Tarantino fan or
a pul fiction fan you got to try the
Royale with cheese when you come to
France and we didn’t and now we finally
get to and now that I’m looking at it it
looks like a fairly unimpressive
Burger but it’s a quarter pounder with
cheese yeah in the McDonald’s app we
could not customize this at all it looks
like you’re pretty standard ketchup

quarter pounder uh what I do appreciate
is that there’s cheese on both sides of
the that’s nice I don’t know if you can
see that there’s cheese on both sides of
the bun or both sides of the Patty I
don’t remember if they do that at home I
don’t think they do I don’t think they
do so Royale cheese is winning in two
ways
now it’s a quarter pounder with extra
cheese mhm I think it’s a little bit
better than maybe a quarter pounder in
the US but
it’s about what I was expecting but you
know you got to try it right it’s it’s
the thing it’s the thing it’s we’ve now
pul fiction in France maybe next time
we’ll have to go to Burger King and find
out what they call a
Whopper yeah I didn’t do

next up we have the McWrap New York and
Pula bacon in the deliver app it says
it’s a New York recipe inspired by New
York Cuisine with a breaded chicken
specialty it’s not the face of something
you love it is sort of weird I feel like
that there’s big pieces of the processed
cheese in it I think if I like the sauce
better I’d be fine with it but so far I
don’t really love the sauce not sure
what the sauce is what is the sauce I
don’t know also the lettuce is very
wilted it’s like very soggy lettuce I
think the lettuce is the part that for
me is like giving it a real
slime not being helped by the processed
cheese in it but yeah the sauce is
weird I think that’s the best way I can
describe it a sweetened Caesar
dressing it’s it’s not great this is
maybe my least favorite thing that we’ve
had in McDonald’s in ol yard which is
sad because the chicken is really nice
chicken’s fine it’s nice crispy good
quality chicken that is just saddened by
everything else around it yeah and for
dessert we went with the iconic French
item the macaron because you know
there’s no more authentic Bakery to get
your macarons at than McDonald’s looks
like these came from M Cafe which we’ve
seen in a number of places that we’ve
been but I don’t think we’ve ever
actually had M Cafe so you should
definitely let us know if there are
things from any MC cafes that we should
try in our future travels
I think neither one of us have been
wowed by French McDonald’s but this is
pretty tasty this is really nice we did
try these when we went to Disneyland
Paris and they were not very good so I
think it just depends on uh how fresh
they are and these are nice and fresh
they’re just like yeah what I would
expect from a macaron actually pretty
pretty good I mean you could probably
find ones that are better here in France
but better than some I’ve had in the US
that’s for sure of all of the places
that we’ve had McDonald’s all of the
items that we tried I’m curious what is
the thing that you would be most
interested in trying Jeremy what was
your favorite probably the curry Burger
in Austria Austria or the uh rap that
had the cam bear bites in Hungary I
would agree Austria or Hungary were
probably the two highlights for us um
but I’m curious do you have any
recommendations of other items that we
should try other McDonald’s locations we
should try or just somewhere else that
we should try in a future video leave a
