all right let’s get ready for the
weekend best way to do it let’s start
with some superfood Friday hacks quick
easy tasty and healthy as well today
nutrition and health expert Joy bow is
here to show us how to elevate those
everyday snacks into gour May Master

left over mustard in a yeah so if you
have I’m going to open this up a little
bit of mustard left in that jawer this
is Dijon but it will work with any type
of mustard I’m going to show you how to
turn it into a Scrump ious honey mustard
vinegret so all you do is you’re going
to add right into the jar let’s assume
this is about 2 TPO of mustard extra
virgin olive oil vinegar a little bit of
honey that was garlic salt you shake it
up and guys oh look at that and what’s
nice is the mustard acts as an
emulsifier as does the honey and I’m
going to pour this in right now and you
guys are going to taste it look at that
it is beautiful like a perfect dring
about a half a cup and obviously you
could do the same thing out of the jar
right but this is so much easier delici
and again I did it with dja mustard but
you could do it with ground mustard you
can do it with a spicy brown mustard and
it will Elevate any salad that you put
it on eliminating food waste yeah and
you’re recycling the jar let’s take a
salad and turn it into a sandwich so
this is a viral sensation right now
people are taking any sort of salad
Caesar salad cob salad they’re chopping
it up into teeny tiny pieces so it has a
spread likee consistency and then you’re
putting it on a sandwich it’s like
comfort food Central so my version is a
Mediterranean avocado egg salad and you
lay everything out on a cutting board
and you chop chop chop chop chop chop
chop I put a little fresh dill in
there’s some feta in there holy cow
isn’t that delicious this is delicious
the dill in there is amazing it just
takes it to the next level that’s
fantastic it’s really fun and again you
can do it with any sort of salad and all
of these recipes of course are on the
website but this is a good almost like a
muffaletta
yes and it’s it’s a fun activity too you
just need a large cutting board and the
recipe that I have put in a bowl and
without some bread so Passover is over
you got lots of leftover matah well we
have a couple of days oh that’s all so
so we still have about three days I
think and so what I want you to do is
take a tuna melt to the next level so
sure you could take a sheet of matah and
you can put some tuna on it and melt
some cheese on it but we’re taking it to
the I’ve never seen anybody cut it with
a scissor that’s amazing i s no cuz I
softened it first with a little bit of
water you run it under waterer for about
30 seconds I put it on a paper towel let
it soften for about 5 minutes then I
slice it into four pieces you layer it
with the tuna with a tomato with avocado
onion and the cheese and I dip it in egg
on both sides and you put it in the pan
it’s almost like a Passover club club
sandwich there’s a lot happening here
it’s a french toast meets tuna meets
club sandwich for Passover wow like fun
that’s amazing I’ve never tasted
anything like that okay what do you
think I like it seriously I’m not just
saying that either sometimes I have to
lie but good to know you know
interesting you know he never lies with
me Li always thanks to you Joy we
started the week with matzah and now
we’re ending the week with matah mat
this is delicious matah for everybody
it’s easy to eat cuz you softened it yes
I like that and it it kind of has French
toast Vibes right it really does that
chop salad’s good that’s my favorite
