   8/5/18…..Would have loved to see Ray Stevens "character" for real in "a high priced gourmet restaurant"!
   Cold soup + raw meat + flaming dessert + chocolate "moose"?
   A "country boy" just can't live on that!

    never understood why ice cream and fire on top ( you wouldnt have ice cream it would be melted never put 60 candles on a Small DQ ice cream cake candles melt first and its a inferno 😃

    What a funny song! My mom liked this one. It first appeared on his 1987 MCA album Crackin' Up. The CD's still available for a reasonable price. One restaurant Gordon Ramsey visited didn't know what soup du jour meant. The owner thought it was just the soup they were serving that day. It hadn't changed in awhile!

    This is another example of proof what Me and my Boyfriend have been saying for years:
    "JUST BECAUSE IT'S MORE EXPENSIVE AND FANCIER,
    DOESN'T NECESSARILY MEAN IT WILL PLEASE EVERYONE
    LET ALONE MAKE IT BETTER".
    There are quite a few of us who would rather things that are cheaper, and simple.
    Simple pleasures do make some people happy.
