What is up YouTube what is up family we have geography now this time France yes let’s give this a shot it says okay well let’s see let’s see the explanation and let’s see how many people people come back in the comments and say 50% of what he said is wrong because
That’s what happened with Poland so anyway let’s check it out let’s see let’s let’s let’s take I don’t know I mean I like this guy I just he seems to know what he’s talking about but you guys know better than anybody else right it’s your country so let’s check it out to learn
Geography hey everyone I’m your host Barbie ah France pretty much everybody on the planet has heard of this place I mean immediately images of wine cafes embellished 18th century Baroque architecture and people who really hate globalization of the English language but take a step back even further and
France becomes a place with Jaguars coconuts volcano Penguins grass skirts War dances bamboo flutes witch doctors and a multifaceted history that is has evolved into a people group into becoming one of the most notable Nations on the planet wait a minute I’m not going to lie to you guys what but take a
Step back even further and France becomes a place with Jaguar okay this is new to me coconuts volcano coconuts that’s new to me volcanoes that’s new to me I mean of course you got volcanoes but penguins penguins I had no idea that’s a lot of penguins grass skirts grass skirts I had
No idea see I’m learning a lot about France and uh well we’ll see what my mother says about this war dances bamboo flutes which bambo flutes m mom bamboo flutes what’s going on here is this France and a multifaceted history that has evolved into a people group into
Becoming one of the most notable Nations on the planet Al the first thing you need to know about France is that it’s not just European but a transcontinental country that spans across 12 time zones more than any other country in the world CLE France is kind of divided into
Two main parts the European Metropolitan France where about 95% of the population lives and the overseas French regions departments and territories otherwise known as the department or DT before we tell you what they are let’s explain the difference between I region have exactly the same legal status as Mainland France and the
Same civil penal code and administrative social tax laws however they can be slightly adapted to suit the Region’s particular needs in collectivities the autonomy Rises and they are empowered to make their own laws except in certain areas like defense currency trade and diplomacy the overseas regions are guadaloop and martinque in the Caribbean
French Guyana in South America which by the way has the curo Space Center disputably the best in the world because it adds an extra gravitational slingshot effect because it’s so close to the equator of the earth and reunion and mayote out the coast of East Africa the overseas collectivities are French
Polynesia you’ve probably heard of Tahiti that’s French poesia as well as and Futuna in the Pacific St Pierre mikon right off the coast of Canada St paremi and St Martin which is the only place in France that has a border with the Netherlands as the Dutch own the
Southern part of the Island located all in the Caribbean the only islands that lie under the title of oversees territories are the French Southern and Antarctic Islands or the taaf these islands are made up of the Kellan Islands the St Paul and Amsterdam Islands you can probably guess who used
To own those the cro islands and adeli land the claimed slice of Antarctica that is technically not recognized thanks to the Antarctic treaty and as of 2007 the scattered islands in the Indian Ocean remember the Cals episode were added to make the fifth district of the territory even though half of them are
Disputed with Koral sells and Marius these islands are mostly uninhabited and only house temporary military or scientific Personnel finally France administers two special territories that don’t quite fall into any of the previously mentioned categories there’s the uninhabited clipperton island off the coast of Mexico which has a crazy
Murder story behind it and last but not least there’s New Caledonia which has a special particular status out of the French administered overseas territories New Caledonia is the only one that’s vying for a kind of somewhat Independence as the political power was passed to the native kanak peoples there
Was a weird dual French EU and new Caledonian citizenship thing going on and in 2018 they will hold a referendum to either remain or leave France and thanks to all these territories they together give France the second largest executive economic zone in the world after the US okay now let’s go back to
Metropolitan Europe France that was a lot of information country is located in Western Europe boarded by eight other nation states don’t forget little andur and Monaco along the coast by the English Channel and the Bay of bisc in the north and west as well as the Mediterranean Sea to the South Mainland
France is sometimes referred to as the hexagon since if you tilt your head a little bit it kind of looks like it has six sides quite frankly I was always under the impression that it kind of looked like a teapot with feet Mainland France is also divided into 13 regions
Including corica Island 18 altogether if you include the overseas regions with the capital largest city as well as the main cultural and Commercial Center Paris we could talk on and on about Paris what with the unbelievably designed Metropolitan layout the rich vibrant atmosphere the J position of classically adorned historical sites
Along neoc contemporary architecture the food the shops and of course but that in itself will take too long and we got to get through three more segments the busiest airports are the two Paris twins Charles deal and orle international as well as n c and the second and third largest cities Leon
Exi and Mar proant International at around 643,000 Square kmers France is the largest country in the EU the interesting thing about France is that it’s kind of divided into areas that historically had their own distinct cultural identity some of the most notable ones being oania savoo Britney
Normandy alsas a section of the Bas country n and the island of Corsica which speaks its own dialect most French people can’t even understand these regions contribute their own Unique Piece of the French pie speaking of pie we all know about French food which is great oh I know about French food
Because we’re going to discuss more about it in if you look at France’s physical makeup you start to kind of understand why food plays such a huge role in their culture everything just kind of works out perfectly for them for Metropolitan France Big Rich nourishing rivers and their tributaries like the
Gonon I know and I know that’s all I know there’s two that’s how I know rangle the entire country north to south east to west allowing an abundance of irrigated crop fields to exist in nearly every corner of the country now add on top of that
The look at that it’s beautiful look at that fact that the country does not have any major fault lines they enjoy a nice Oceanic European climate and they don’t suffer regularly from any major natural catastrophes most of the country is made up of aable flat Plains or small Rolling
Green Hills that are just begging for cultivation and voila you have an agricult oh my God look at that view gold mine in fact out of every country in the EU France reportedly has the highest quality of soil performance and resilience and only a few spots like
In the Caucasus region and parts of Eastern Europe and Southern Russia rank higher so there you go food Haven in the South you reach the mountainous regions of France including the Pyrenees along the border with Spain the mass Central plateus one of the most geologically studied places in Europe due to this
Strange formation Alps all along the borders with Italy and Switzerland by the way Switzerland was all like I’m not going to share Lake leem man it’s mine and that’s how Geneva was born the highest point in France let alone all of the EU is Mont Blanc found in the French
Alps along the border with Italy only second in height to the caucuses mountains in all of Europe if consider the caucuses region a part of Europe some people don’t but that’s just that’s another story France is a cornicopia of produce Dairy and meat every region has their own specialty but two things are
Everywhere cheese and wine the French are the largest consumers of cheese with over 1,00 different varieties found all over the country the French also have a larger range of unconventionally consumed meat products most countries stick with beef chicken pork maybe lamb or goat and fish however the French
Aren’t satisfied with just that other animals like pheasant duck goose quail rabbit venison ve horse frogs and snails are consumed regularly horse is consumed regularly ah I don’t I don’t believe that one Speaking of which the national animal is the GIC rooster which is why you might typically see a lot of
Roosters on French Affiliated symbols in fact France is one of the most entomophagous that’s insect eating countries in Europe as about 700 million snails are estimated to be consumed every year by the French especially in burgundy the I just can’t do it folks I
Just can’t do it I can’t I just can’t I can’t do it I know and I usually try things that’s just that’s just one thing that I just can’t I just can’t do it just can’t do it snail producing region in France unfortunately due to the fact that the French are the highest
Consumers of raw or mildly cooked red meats a huge portion of the population is either exposed or chronically infected by the Toxoplasma gondi parasite that disputably over half the population is suspected to have this little guy eventually Finds Its way into your brain changes people’s behaviors into being either more caring or
Aggressive and suspicious look it up I’m not even joking the Alps are famous for their shuy and fondue for its Crepes cantel holy crap for its chestnuts Dion for its mustard for aligo for its champagne then we get to bordo now first of all every region of France likes I
Have a French Baker that’s from bordo mhm to claim that they have the best wine however it’s widely known that Balo is disputably the home of the largest wine vineyards in the world pumping out over half a billion liters of wine and the French take their produce maintenance very seriously and became
The first country in the world to ban supermarkets from throwing away or destroying unsold food since February of 2016 all businesses must donate wastage to either Charities or food banks to combat crop wastage on farms France has even opened up ugly fruit or vegetable shops in which you can buy disfigured
Produce for 30% off see that is smart that is smart because boy then we waste food over here I it’s like astronomical numbers uh I think they said if we didn’t throw away our food if we somehow the our wasteful food could basically end Hunger it could
That’s how much we waste our food trust me I’ve seen my daughter what she throws away in the garbage just want to just want to anyway let’s just go back watch other than food stuffs though main exports are aircraft chemicals Machinery Iron and Steel Electronics motor vehicles and pharmaceuticals of course
The overseas territories and regions also have climates and topographies that are completely different Caribbean islands and Guyana enjoy a warm Caribbean tropical climate Guyana being part of the Amazon having one of the highest Forest cover densities in the world at over 95% with over 1100 species of birds and reptiles and mammals found
In it reunion and myotee off the coast of Africa have Deep Jungle Ravines and a common volcanic activity going on the scattered islands are mostly uninhabited sand banks and lagoons with nothing more than just a few trees and shrubs the southern Antarctic islands are Rocky and desolate with few grasses and vegetation
Kwellin has these cabbage looking things going on and these islands typically freeze over in the winter with penguins stampeding off the coasts New Caledonia and French po oh my God look at that oh it’s amazing the world what it can uh what it can show us when we pay
Attention I mean look at that that is just wow India are tropical Pacific Islands that enjoy an abundance of Rich unspoiled thick jungle brush like looking at Indonesia and colorful flowers and of course ad Deli Land is like all ice and Antarctica all right we’ve discussed borders boundaries
Mountains food volcanoes now let’s talk about who’s running the entire show France is a country of people that are very very intent on making sure that you know they are French first of all the country has about 67 million people and is the second largest in Europe
After Germany making 133% of the EU alone about 85% of the population is white 10% are North African mostly from the mreb regions a little over 3% are black and a little less than 2% are Asian the currency is a euro don’t they have a lot of Muslims too wait a minute
Let me look at this chart regions a little over 3% are black and a little less than 2% uh noce there are definitely a lot of uh uh of Muslims I believe anyway maybe I’m wrong are Asian the currency is a euro they use the type CF outlets and
They drive on the right side of the road which makes things interesting when their neighbors from the UK come across the Chunnel now let’s talk about the white people most white French people have some or partial Celtic or gulish Origins as historically the GS inhabited most of the centralized regions of
Modern day France that means genetically the French and British have a lot more in common than they think of course an ad mixture of Latin and ger manic Roots also applies as all three people groups had their stake of claim in France as well the name France even came from the
Germanic Frank tribe French is of course the official language however Regional dialects do exist but for the most part they do pretty well at making sure everyone speaks it granted the linguistic zones that we mentioned before each have their own flag still cling on to their mother tongue and
Sometimes you can even find street signs written in these languages for example Breton a Celtic based language related to Welsh and Irish found in Britany Basque in The Basque country oxitan in oxitan corsicans have like this strange half half Italian hybrid thing going keep in mind though most of the
Languages spoken in the linguistic zones are kind of dying out and only the older generation really retains daily conversation in those languages outside of Metropolitan France the overseas departments and territories each speak French but in addition typically have their own Crees or dialects for example in the Caribbean Martin and guadal might
Say Sak T in reunion or mayot they might say k France is the most visited country in the world as more people than the entire population of France VIs visit France annually at about 80 million culture-wise there is too much to discuss I mean we are talking Millennia
Of tribes Wars Empires Heroes villains artists poets Architects kings queens Guillotines revolutions inventions music dance clothing Fashion Cinema Cuisine discoveries victories losses folklore science literature medicine and baguettes baguettes oh I’m sorry that’s the only thing that you know really clicked covered all we would need a whole separate YouTube channel but for
What it’s worth since the Middle Ages France has been able to show time after time again that it has been a global force to be reckoned with I mean the French at one point in time had the second largest Empire in the world spanning across virtually every region
On every continent one thing you have to understand is that in a fast growing anglophone driven global economy France is very very firmly intent on preserving the French language and culture the governmentally sanctioned good for them they should everyone should Academy France has aimed at doing this since
1634 they do things like somewhat unsuccessfully Banning foreign words such as blog hashtag parking email and week again in addition the French media’s top Regulators the CSA and CNC have strictly enforced policies that require all music on private radio to be at least of 40% French origin and 70% in
The French language between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and half the music quota must be less than 6 months old everything is this true really wow must be French is of course home to a plethora of notable figures in every field of Academia and athleticism I mean
They have almost 70 Nobel Peace Prize winners including famous chemists pier and C few people know that they had a daughter who also became a notable scientist other scientists writers and philosophers like deart Pascal bodair fler P ChatOn who by the way invented the metric system musicians like Ram
Luli deusi Jac P of course we can’t forget the fashion icons Louis Vuitton Koko Chanel and Christen da I mean it’s no secret France is often touted as the fashion capital of the world artists like mon wga man and go and of course what’s an episode about France without
Mentioning anything about Kings Louis I 14th and 16th jonov AR and Napoleon in a simple way of putting it French culture is very vibrant and proud the French love where they’ve come from and how they go about doing things the Catholic Church once played a major role and to
This day even as a secular state with dwindling Church attendees many French people still in the very least identify nominally as Catholic mostly for a cultural thing it’s just their history and they don’t want to toss it away they also love taking breaks and getting their sleep on average the French get
About 8.83 hours of sleep every day more than any other country in the develop world and they also have some of the shortest work because they know that life is more important than just work work work work that that’s that’s that’s I know that for a fact French people
Like vacation and family that is what is most important to them not no damn job and how many hours of overtime you could do they’re not interested in that what what’s what was that you said this this new job I’m about to take only has three
Weeks vacation are you joking oh AB I Absol absolutely will not take this position 3 weeks vacation what do you want me to do with that that’s nothing I need at least two months you think I’m kidding I’m not yeah meanwhile over here we take jobs with 10 days vacation freaking
Disgusting anyway let’s go weeks with only about six to seven hours on average a day and that’s enough for them it’s not uncommon to see people taking time off in the middle of the day early evening just to relax and take a nap they even have a word for it de to the
Hour of the a are we la oh I remember La delicious can also claim State Pension at age 62 making it one of the lowest retirement ages in the world and of course the sport French people rank highest in the world going on strike I mean the last thing you want
To do is interrupt a Frenchman’s nap during a six-hour shift with corporate policy changes yep didn’t you guys lose your mind they tried to raise the retirement age in your country you guys almost did almost had a civil war yep I tell you a lot of people should learn
From the French and their attitude seriously it it you got to get things done you do it together as the people you don’t let a government tell you how it’s going to go down no no you tell the government how it’s going to go down that’s what the French people do I I
Totally respect for that the world can be a cruel cruel place let’s see how France survives in the jungle when it comes to France they don’t discriminate they hate everyone equally serly France has their eyes on a people and when they see what they like they cling on and make you a treasure
First of all frankophone Nations and Latin based former Roman Legacy Nations generally get the high seats especially their neighbors like Switzerland Luxembourg Italy and Spain Quebec Canada is to France kind of like what the USA is to the UK they adore each other they love each other’s accents but they love
Making fun of each other even more even though they are really close Algeria Morocco and Tunisia are the closest African nations as they make up the largest African immigrant demographics followed by subsaharan African countries like Cameroon and kotoa or Ivory Coast for France Japan is seen as like the
Epitome of exoticism similar to themselves the Japanese have a rich culture of noble tradition things like castles attire and food likewise Japan sort of shares the same Mutual Fascination and see France as like its European alternate universe twin there’s no two countries that like to poke fun
Of and borderline harass each other with the French as the UK and the USA as historical Rivals with the UK I mean they did have a 100-year war with them and the USA busting their chops about World War II all the the time all sides like to saiz each other in cartoons and
Media all the time look at the American one that is oh my goodness oh man y always raining in London all right I got it it rains a lot in France too not for nothing uh yeah wine you think wine you think drinking wine food and cheese yeah
No seriously good stuff nonetheless they are actually really close the UK and France have been Crossing Borders and intermarrying for centuries Commerce and student exchanges are high and the US was helped by the French during the Revolutionary War and they even gave the Statue of Liberty as a president so
Fellow Americans thank France for Lady Liberty okay kind gesture France’s best friends though would probably be Germany and Belgium it’s kind of funny because historically the only country that was consistently an opponent of France was Germany ever since the split of Charlemagne’s empire in three most of Europe’s history was driven by the
Overarching Rivalry between variations of France and all variations of Germany including the Holy Roman Empire the tonic order Russia and of course the third rank but the plot twist was the creation of the EU following Robert schuman’s speech that states explicitly that for Europe to even hope to work the
Millennial old rivalry between France and Germany has to be resolved for good ever since 1950 France and Germany have taken a lot of political inspiration off of each other heads of states have visited each other on numerous occasions and both countries have been the biggest advocates for the survival of the union
And Belgium is like their little brother that moved out and got a dutch-speaking roommate and visits France every so often to raid their fridge and do their laundry in conclusion stay tuned France’s Rich former Little Colony Gabon is coming up next okay I mean damn I learned a lot
I’m not going to lie if I learn the correct information I’ll wait I’ll confirm it with you guys in the comments uh mom what what do you think Mom I know you watching this one mom I know you’re watching this one what do you think is
Correct so so half right half wrong 70% right 30% wrong let me know what do you think because I know she’s going to text me oh no you first of all you’re you said this wrong you said that wrong your accent was incorrect on that word oh
Yeah she texts me she lets me know um so uh but no I think uh this covered a lot of honestly I think this is going to cover a lot of things my mom didn’t even know uh there’s a lot of information packed in this 16-minute video so uh
Yeah I mean it is a beautiful country there’s no doubt about it I used to have an uncle in the countryside of France and it’s it was Heaven absolutely beautiful beautiful area you know you always think of Paris to City but no they got beautiful countryside too uh
With really nice weather really uh but yeah I don’t maybe maybe it rains mostly in uh but I don’t know on the outskirts I don’t really recall you know crappy weather when I was a kid long time ago long time ago anyway I I have you know I
Love France I like I no no problems with France I love Spain I love France uh I mean I probably would love other places too if I actually got my ass over there but I’ve been to France and I’ve Been to Spain so I can actually relate a little
Bit but beautiful country beautiful people and love France’s attitude love it just absolutely love the attitude that they have I I always laugh when I hear they’re losing their mind because you know like they didn’t get a raise after like two days at their new job I
Mean that’s it’s say hey I matter here I want some more money I need money for my family to go more vacations that is the right attitude it is screw this work work work and then you die what was the point then exactly all right anyway geography Now France that one’s done by
The way patreon request take care peace out have a good night B

Horse is not "regularly" and less and less people eat it, but it's so damn good, snails are great too, but only eaten around christmas
Most of the musliims come from north africa (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt etc.)
Wine from Burgundy is better than Bordeaux. Because I live in Burgundy near Dijon.
I'd say overall 70% correct, some inaccuracies are due to the things having changed because the video is kinda old. But yes mostly ok 🙂
Mmmmmm Horses Snails and frog legs r so tasty well prepared, love that 🙂
Snails are actually delicious with garlic butter, but we don't eat them on a regular basis, they're a delicacy we keep for Christmas.
Cheers from Amiens (no one cares about us but our cathedral and the Hortillonages are pretty dope)
Quelle bonne surprise de vous entendre parler en français. 👏👏👏
My small village got mention! … Ô VINDIEU IT'S BECAUSE OF OUR CHEESE YAAAAY LONG LIVE BEAUFORT(the city not the sea, also the cheese)
North Africans are muslims
horse WAS consumed regularly…it was an old doing of soldiers from 18/19th century during wars. they had to eat their horses to stay alive…fast forward a bit and horse meat devellop quite a bit for a century or so. Habits of eating horse meat kinda died of in the 60's or 70's.
You can still find a handfull of horse butchery in france and some people still eat it as a delicacy but I would say 98% of people don't eat horse nowdays
We're treating overseas as colonies, Martinique and Guadeloupe have no water but we send cops to silence complaints. Imperialism is still a thing, we "the occident" are spoiled bullies.
hi I'm French and the French don't eat raw meat?! Except for a dish called "steak tartare" which is freshly seasoned beef with seasoning (pickle, onion, capers, mustard, tabasco… and a raw egg), we mix everything and eat it. 🙂 it's delicious as long as you have good quality meat. Otherwise all French people cook their meat…. And some French people hate steak tartare, snails, horse meat like me for example!!
I don't eat horse, and it's very rare to find a horse butcher's shop in France in our time. You have a very good accent 🙂
there are around 6 million French people who are Muslims. French labor law imposes 5 weeks of leave for a year of work, employers have no choice! 🙂
75 % is true. I'm 🇨🇵 of course. I eat row horse meet . I leave in Bretagne.
Je suis français et je tient a dire que les escargots ne sont pas des insectes mais des gastéropodes, autrement dit, des mollusques terrestres. Salutations.
We also got electricity since a few weeks !
Yes we are smart, almost.
Some of us can read and write.
Uk is a part of Normandy 🙂
This is all correct (I'm french), except for eating horse… No it is not in common alimentation.
Hello and thanks for this reaction vid. First of this all, your mum did a great jog 'cause your french is rather good. 👏 And, about the video itself, I would say that 80% is right, 15% is approximative and 5% is wrong.
Hi.
Amusing to see when the (very) francophobes and jealous wasp (feelings inherited from perfidious England and more than 800 years old. 1066 and 1453 eh ^^, "Dieu et mon Droit" and "Honni soit qui mal y pense" in French in the English laws ^^) speak of current France and are forced to tell truths far from their fakes and falses knowedges and stereotypes, that irritate and disturb them. 🤣
Truths and reality far from their fakes and false beliefs and stereotypes. ^^ The best example here with the guy who cuts the video to lay the usual big fake from the average US people on a France invaded by fanatical Muslims, even a population of 70 million citizens (the real current figure in 2024) who would be overwhelmingly Muslims and worse, Muslim fanatics, let's dig deep into their stupidity.
Yes, there are French Muslims, the second religion in France but they remain a very minority on the 70 million French citizens, and especially they are French and French Citizens above all, we don't care about knowing them and we don't classify them on their religion which is free in France in the private domain. This is the superiority of French society on that of the Anglo-Saxons, we are not a series of communities living side by side, we are a single French national community, mixed, diverse and varied.
But not everything is said here. For example concerning "la Nouvelle-Calédonie", New Caledonia, the enormous hidden and perfidious loybbing as always, of the WASPs of the region (Australia and New-Zealand so) pushed behind by the perfidious England, who enormously secretly help the initially minority independence movements in New Caledonia in the hope of removing France from this area of the world and putting it under the absolute domination of the wasp.
Unfortunately for the wasp, in recent years another "(very) big fish" has come to dominate this part of the world, the Chinese imperialist dictatorship… 😅 And if the WASPs don't want to ally with France, very present and a power in this area too, even with the help of the USA or rather despite having sold themselves to the USA, in the end they will lose it for a Chinese domination. 😛 So a tough dilemma for the very Francophobic and wasp fanatics of the Indian Ocean. 😆
Almost all of this statement is true. However, the demographic information is outdated. Regarding New Caledonia, it remains under French sovereignty since the vote to decide whether to pursue full autonomy or remain part of France resulted in a narrow victory for remaining a part of France.
❓
Can you react to Geography now – Italy?
Snails are NOT insects! 😂🐌🦗
Jacques Brel… was Belgian not French
the video is somewhat old. there's less regions now as some have merged, and the New-Caledonia referendum was been held, the "remain" vote passed in abstract.
Snails aren't insects… they are gastropod.
New Calédonia représentant ☝️🫡
thank u so much for showing this documentary very complete of my country !
Our media aren't able to admit we have in France countless beauties and wealths. There is a French culture contrary to what Macron says.
21:09 pas seulement de touristes… – -'
Most of it is correct. A little outdated but mostly true (~ 80%).
Kudos from Bordeaux 😉
T'as un meilleur accent que celui de la vidéo
As French, I'm happy to know there is at least one American who understand our way of life 🤗
To work is important, but less than our lives ! And we have only one, we should'nt miss it.
Another thing: your French accent is light 👍
About the CSA and CNC in France; I actually don't know if the numbers are accurate, but the idea is still real. During the day, majority of musics on radio should be french (or french-speaking) and quite recent. During the night, the regulation don't put as much pressure.
The idea though is to help french artists to have visibility. Without the CSA regulation, radios would probably always play songs of the TOP 50 Worldwide to attract people. So they choose to force everyone playing french songs, to limit the difficulty for french artists to live from their music.
Overall, this video is not "wrong", it's more like "unaccurate". The point was more to discover a country in a funny video, but of course, you can't shorten such an old country history in 15 minutes. He had to do shortcuts. Actually, as a french, you would understand everything, every jokes, but as a non-french you can be misdirected sometimes. Not that you would understand something totally wrong, but you would miss the exact meaning.
An exemple of that (among others) is when he talk about "friendzone" in the end. He says that Japan and Germany are close friends from France, and even if it's not wrong, it's hard to place them on the same level. German and french GOVERNEMENTS are really close and have strong relations, but german and french people are just neighbours. We are not really close, we don't really despise each others (exept for deadbrains racists that keep refering to WW2, but who cares about racists opinion). On the other side, french people (especially young generations) and japanese people do have this mutual fascination he's talking about, but our governements don't interact that much (just like the USA don't interact that much with India, for exemple).
Most of the video have this kind of unaccuracies, but it's nothing really important, no big deal. This videos are funny introductions to other countries and cultures, not documentaries, so you can consider what was said as "good enough".
I really like your laid back attitude. You give off a holly jolly kind of guy 🙂👍
In fact, we have no ethnic statistics. But relatively serious estimates put the number of Muslims at between 8% and 10%. What may seem strange is that the majority of the descendants of these populations are concentrated in the country's urban areas, less so in rural areas.
In fact the we dont eat snail we just pretend so that when the english Come theyare curious and eat something that probably taste like shit
Let's not be too harsh with this video for a few errors, what would it be like if a Frenchman explained the United States? Or what if a Frenchman explained France to a Frenchman? 😁
And don't forget to mention the French women too ! 😍
Aveyron = aligot 😍
France is loosing its culture. La Chanson française, for exemple, is almost dying. The lyrics and music are increasingly poor. The only art that survive is cinema. But very few films are good…
The school has been in free fall for 40 years. (The ravages of left-wing egalitarism and pedagogism…)
Same thing for Police, Justice, Hospitals….
A big social crisis is coming because of lack of vision of our politicians. Industry has been ruined by Globalisation and euro. Tourism remains a good sector but salaries are very low. France is over-indebted.
Immigration is out of control and an obscurantist islam is colonising more and more parts of France. Jews feel insecure and go back to Israel…That's the last straw!
A parallel economy based on drug traffic and various robberys is becoming an insolvable problem. More and more policemen and lawyers are corrupted by traffickers.
That is why Marine Le Pen (populist party) has a good chance to become our new President. It is not a good news because I think that she is a demagogue and has not a serious vision of economy…
As you can see, I' m a genuine french man…Always complaining! (The french love to complain…)
By the way, the report is pretty accurate but a little dated…(My testimony is more up-to-date!)
