Hello uh if you’re watching this you’re on our last Vlog of the uh Williams family holiday 2022 um we’re on the final two days of the Vlog and unfortunately we didn’t do as many intros as we wanted um to be able to actually put the video in properly now
There was there was quite a few different things going on that meant my focus wasn’t on actually doing an intro for each day um because we had a lot going on so we’ve got quite a lot of footage that has been made and I didn’t want to leave it out
So I’ve got it in the last two days of our holiday in one Vlog um there was there was some amazing things that we did we we were able to change rooms at um portal Riverside to um the Royal guest Suite which is an amazingly decorated
Room um and you you’ll see all the parts about how it was made to be completely Disney find loads loads of little details that were put in to make the room special now moving rooms at that part of the holiday actually was was a little difficult I must admit I’m not
Sure whether it was worth doing but very good to be out of catalog for the Vlog as well but it just meant we had to move everything that we we’d got from one room to another for a couple of days and then of course pack it all up again
Ready for flying home again again as well um we had a carrot dining meal on the same morning that we were moving rooms but unfortunately we weren’t told until very early in the morning uh that day so we we had to literally Panic pack everything up ready
For for the bell services to actually move all our stuff and then rush off to Animal Kingdom for this um character dining which we have a few photos of I don’t think we got any video footage of it so I wanted to get those in as well
Our flight home as well we’ve got a little bit of footage of that unfortunately um our daughter Chloe was taken very ill from pretty much the the start of the flight she was she was very tired um and from events that have happened since being back home it’s been
Very apparent why she was so tired um it was actually quite serious um what she had but that’s for another story um so actually we haven’t got much on the blog for the actual flight home and actually arriving home again because it was all up in the air there was a lot
Going on but without further Ado here is the last two days of our holiday are you ready just normal day just normal day are you ready what who’s coming I High five do a high five Donald’s number one yeah go go go favorite Mickey you give him a hug you going to give him a hug no okay all right okay we are currently sat in guest Relations sat before um there’s been we may be a to get Royal guest room for a couple of nights cuz we’ve only got two nights Lefty how’s your meal dudy how’s your meal Dy and what about mommy’s meal it’s really Lov really is even Chloe’s doing well and Daddy’s got that’s not my chicken by the way that that makes it look like I’m ordered the big meal here that’s the big meal I’m just helping
Out then this is what you get in the Background Truck and I get so we missed him tracker missed him again I don’t know how much or where he was I just wanted to tell him that his name’s not Tim tracker anymore it’s Jackson’s dad that’s all I wanted to Say so this is the uh current walk that it is to get to the Quick Service tonight we’re just going to do something nice and simple the kids only want sandwiches after our big meal earli the um at Disney Springs so Abby and I are going to have a pot roast
Takeway and um I’m going to get the jambal again cuz I really liked it this is the arcade there we Go this is the designated smoking area just around here so this is Jimmy view would have been for a bit of the trip and it’s still very pretty very pretty place just to relax really there’s the other part of the arcade Medicine Show arcade we try and keep it all
Themed but there’s a nice big map here show us where everything is so you got this is part of French Quarter and Riverside um where the other side of the river so we’re around this section here um where before we were in the80s we were just a little further up
Probably uh oh yeah there so it was still quite quite easy to get to cuz we are we are now there so actually it was quite easy to get to we got Bank three here which is all kind of cakes and uh cookies you got all the ice creams all
That kind of stuff this one’s all for the kids cheeseburgers and they got other burgers with it as well there’s a pizza place all the way over there salads and sandwiches over there which we’ve used quite a bit actually it’s been nice to have a change
For the burgers um and then this is the counters over here oh yeah and then we have all the all the 18a D in which is used quite a lot because of the weather so it’s been quite good really to to have that especially when it’s been stormy okay so
After quite a bit of uh negotiation for Mommy uh We’ve managed to get what is seen as an upgrade in rooms it’s one that we’ve we’ve seen on blogs before and they they’ve raved about it um at port or Riverside it’s called the royal suite and it’s it’s an upgrade in terms of
Decoration it’s definitely definitely more grander than the room we were in uh but we we’ll take you through it because we kind of think actually we preferred the previous room so here you go though so as you come in from the main door over to the right you’ve got the airom which is
A lot more decorated than before got this beautiful mual here with flags on the left and right with the princes and the princesses it’s me hi yeah uh chandelier light just above your breakfast table and beautiful chairs that now Laden with stuff excuse the beds they are very
Pretty we’ll give them that it is very a very pretty room and one of the old favorites here if I come to the side you got your own private firework show how about That it’s very pretty very well done it’s it’s nothing we’ve ever ever seen before we got the TV unit with the coffee station on it’s one of the newer coffee units or one of the more regular ones that I see out in the states these days and on forgot to mention on the
Table is engraved into the table is a letter to anyone who stays here from Princess Tiana we’ll read that out in a bit as you come through you’ve got unit middle unit as before this time we just two power units you don’t have the USBs as as we had in the previous
Room uh one of those GES we had there is a a space to put your your bags there coming through to the bathroom hello again you’ve got the luggage here and covered space there so it’s basically it doesn’t have the Wardrobe you had in the previous
Place uh yes so this is all very pretty his and her sink with lots oface space so as it was in the Rosen in Point Orlando uh setup where you have a separate sink area to separate bathroom um that’s what we’ve got set up here but I think a little less space
Because you have the en Crouch space of the cupboards over here you’ve also got your safe in the corner which is a lot smaller a lot smaller and we have a key instead of touchpad I don’t know why it’s not gone keyless so it means you’ve got to take
Key with you wherever you go and hopefully you don’t you don’t lose the key um a fee of $35 will be charged for a lost key as well so that’s yeah very annoying um but the um the decor for the actual Taps and and uh everything around
The taps is is beautiful um you’ve got it as a lad in there you can see and then all the light switches are very beautifully done it’s kind of Beauty in the Beast type theme I feel and the bathroom because of because of the space having here this bathroom feels smaller
Now because of the previous one it was all one one room so you have shower as before got your big shower head which is which is rather rather Pleasant you got your bath and your body washes and lotions fixed in there um so that you can’t take them away okay and on the
Back of the door we got the back of the door we’ve got another another hook there for hooking stuff on Tower ril they get changed whenever you want them changed um yeah yeah it’s very pretty but in all honesty I wouldn’t say it’s very practical as a room
Not as practical as the previous one the other thing about the previous room was you had the airon unit which is the same but it also had its own light um cooler freezing then you could and in this room you can’t it was a lot quieter as other fan a a quieter
Fan just just more pleasant cuz sometimes it’s a bit too much having airor isn’t it I rate the other rooms more than I do here to have a couple of night in this room just to see what it’s like for the r Su it’s beautiful don’t
Get me wrong it’s like so amazing and I feel very privileged to have done it yeah but I don’t think I would come and pay the money to stay here again because of the the rooms are dated the is amazing but definitely dated definitely definitely um um and I’ll
Tell you another thing coffee machine over here that we were talking about it’s all very nice nice but to plug it in it’s got to go down there so I have to move the coffee machine to actually plug it in so it’s yeah it doesn’t doesn’t make a lot of sense
Here but we’re happy to be have this opportunity to be in the room give it a look for our own eyes experience it the kids kids love it they’re having lots of fun over there um but I think that’s I think that’s all you can say for now the other
Room also the location was very good because it was so close to the all the ammuni the Magnolia b8s room is definitely a really good area cuz you’re not far from the bus stop but great got little pool just next to it but you you’re not far from the other amuni or
The big pool or going over the the quick ser and things like that and the boat you’re kind of really Central to it all it’s really short walk and here it seems to doing a lot of weaving around to try and get to it but we have found that
Actually with it comes to the transport we found all bus stops with being great and yeah there doesn’t seem to be that many people at them apart from the main South is it or south at the main entrance yeah seems to have the most people stood at there so if you can get
On all the other stops beforehand before it gets to there it does actually help and make the difference the only thing is you have no idea when the buses are going to arrive which no because we found the computer system that tells you on the screen also has been down since
We’ve been here so on the app and also on the actual Resort screens around at the bus stops have all been down so we haven’t actually been able to tell what time the bus is coming and one of the things with the bus stops is that we
Found that sometimes we say we’ve been waiting for an animal kingdom bus stop there will be three Hollywood Studios like one after the other after the other um and then like there was like two or three Epcot wasn’t there there’d be no Magic Kingdom no Animal
Kingdom in the space of nearly an hour but you’d seen five buses where no one was on them it makes no sense at all and that’s the one thing with the portal bus stops was that we found that there’s only two like at the main entrance so there’s one with sections for Magic
Kingdom and I think Hollywood Studios and then EP caugh an Animal Kingdom at the other station um whereas like we’ve stayed at art before and they’ve had them all set out in different places so I think that whoever’s coordinating the bus can actually see what cues for where yeah maybe they can change
It bus and when they like sometimes the buses haven’t actually said on them what they’re for because they’ve had big coaches in place of a Disney Bus yeah um and the driver is having to come out and Shout where he’s going but you could be
At the back of the queue and not hear it and then everyone’s going oh no wa I meant to be on the Magic Kingdom bus so they’re running for the bus so it’s being quite disorganized really when it comes to transport they need to have a
Look at Art of Animation for bus yeah it’s definitely so much better and easier so much better because yeah as you say you’ve got people going to all the different parts all huddled in in the same bus stop yeah um so when a bus does come you don’t know who’s getting
On the bus who’s not yeah it was very confusing at times in all of that been a lot of brilliant experiences as well of people that have gone out their way to help and oh yeah even even just general public yeah well we have we’ve had lot
Of time a bit of a disappointing time here at P at the beginning and shout out to like Justin who is with the housekeeping team who is one of the managers there and he went above and beyond every single day um yeah to make our stay much better and we really
Appreciate everything he did and even we lost um our magic bands and we didn’t get any refund back from Disney and Glenn who who’s the manager at the reception desk um actually gifted us for Magic bands so we could go and get some new ones um and we were able to do that
So there’s little things like there in the car um but I think overall the the organization needs to get better at it I think but it’s not putting us off coming back and we will do just maybe give it a wild B for a little while yeah I think
So I think so um yeah but we’ve had a lovely stay but we are now ready to go home I think that’s we really need to say right now yeah so I think we’re going to sign up for now and say that’s a [Applause] wrap so I’m finally doing the breakfast room walking from uh the Riverside to French qu see how long it would take me walking about 10 minutes and I’m already in French Quarter it’s beautiful around here it’s 7:00 in the morning it’s nice and quiet it’s our last day
Uh and yeah it’s I wish we’ done it more really going specifically to get a nice breakfast take back to the run so my job has been P morning see if I find some B so that concludes the uh Ben hunting it was on this morning so I have been now to get
Some um so it’s time to walk back to the room open the same way with him um if I remember rightly where I was going um I’m pretty sure it’s that way so actually yeah on this morning it’s a beautiful cooler morning I don’t know
Why um but it is a little bit cooler I don’t know if it’s time today but um I’m sure it’s going to get hotter so this was perfect timing really I was thinking what we could do possibly is cycle over hire one of their um bicycle
Systems let cycle over here go to the cafe and cycle back the only issue I’d have is whether you could park the bike up anywhere securely then go in the cafe and then come back don’t know let’s see how quick it is to get back [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] This you’re going to share oh my God I’m yummy yummy yummy there’s literally a ton of powder sugar in there let’s see let’s see this is what it’s all about sugar oh yeah all the sugar all the sugar yeah you got to plate each are you excited
Yummy okay so we checked our baggage in we got rid of all the bags so it makes it look like imp P very light um but now we sitting in the main Orlando Airport area before going through security and Harvey has something he wants to show you
All and what what do you want to show everyone do you want to explain what it is first before we go over what is it the waterf okay let’s go have a look and I want to go you want to go on an airplane so yeah what Harvey’s telling
You is that we’re um getting ready to go home it’s been a long holiday away from home but to get home we have to get an airplane to actually get there yeah cuz we’re a long way away aren’t we yeah we’re a long way away all right so we
