We’re dining at every restaurant in Epcot’s World Showcase!
To kick off the series I visited Chefs de France in France! One of my favorite restaurants around World Showcase for sure. Watch the video to find out why.

I’m right down Main Street and we are dining at every restaurant in epcot’s World Showcase today we’re eating at chefa France the best part of coming to Epcot is all of the different Cuisines that you can experience and I figured there’s no better way to Showcase that than dining at every restaurant in the world showcase and I wanted to start this thing off with a bang Chefs of France is
One of my favorite restaurants here in epcot’s World Showcase so I figured it was the perfect place to start chefs to France is a table service dining option for you here in you guessed it the France Pavilion they are serving up classic French dishes at a pretty
Average for Disney price point now of course I have dined here before some of my favorite things to eat here are the French onion soup and the salmon I’ll be showing you all of that and more so let’s head inside and check it out wow
What a table we got here my brother Ryan is joining us look at this view this is this is perfect when we checked in we did request a table by the window we had to wait a little bit longer it wasn’t too bad um so if you were interested in having an
Awesome table at this restaurant just ask when you check in they may be able to accommodate you but you may have to wait a little bit longer but it’s worth it I absolutely love people watching and it is a beautiful day to do that so we
Are going to enjoy The Vibes enjoy the view and start taking a look over this menu we have got a lot to look over here let’s start with the appetizers and a lot of is like starting with um French name so I’m just going to read the
American one um we have escargo french onion soup a little salad here then we have this baked goat cheese salad and then a salmon tartar continuing along to the Entre we have a sauteed shrimp and scallops dish that actually sounds pretty good the salmon the macaroni and cheese Ratatouille a pork shank wow
Another pork shank uh we’ve got a rotisserie chicken braze beef beef tender and then like a a Sherie cheeseboard we’ll get to the desserts a little bit later but I do want to point out something else on the menu they do have a prefix menu as an option if you
Decide to do the prefix menu it’s $65.95 and you get to choose any appetizer and one of these five Entre here a dessert and then you also get a glass of wine so that is an option for you I would kind of recommend like pricing out your meal and kind of
Deciding what you’re going to order and from there adding all that up and seeing if it’s worth it to do the prefix menu for me personally I did the math on what I’m going to get and I don’t think it’s quite worth it for me so I’m just going
To order all ofart my two favorite things to get here are the French onion soup appetizer as well as the salmon entree I think the salmon entree is some of the best prepared salmon that I have ever had second only to my favorite local TexMex restaurant back home in New
Jersey they serve this amazing black and salmon but this one is pretty good too and then of course when in France you have to start with the French onion soup here it is a humongous portion a huge bowl and I think it’s some of the best I’ve ever had along with those two
Things I also decided to go all out and just go double Entre here I haven’t had the mac and cheese that they serve here in quite a while probably like over 10 years we used to come as kids and I used to get it kind of often um but I haven’t
Had it in so long and since I am a a Disney World mac and cheese connoisseur I’ve never reviewed this on my channel so I felt like I felt like it was necessary I had to get it while we are waiting for all of that yummy food to
Come out they also bring out one of my favorite parts of the meal they give you a whole French baguette now you might know this but back in the France Bakery they serve the baguettes there and you can get like a half baguette for I want
To say like two bucks or a full baguette for I want to say like four maybe five bucks um and they bring you out as many baguettes as you want if you dine at the restaurant and the bread here those baguettes oh they are so tasty so I
Can’t wait to dive into that let me let me bust out this loaf here ooh it is nice and warm and toasty and crusty let’s butter her up I’m on a roll butter me up I’m on a baguette there’s just something about a nice French loaf they really knock it out of the
Park with this baguette if you want to get this baguette but you don’t want to spend all the money to dine here just go to the bakery like I said it’s a couple bucks to get and the perfect snack to eat while you’re walking around the
World showcase drinking it it it so up all the alcohol perfectly we will definitely be needing another baguette but our french onion soup has arrived so I want to get into that while it’s still hot this is the French onion soup topped with Kier cheese for
$13.95 so yes $14 is quite the Hefty price tag for a bowl of french onion soup but I will admit it is a humongous bowl like this is a great portion for the price I I guess typically you go to a restaurant and maybe the French onion
Soup at Disney at least is around like 10 12 bucks so it’s only a couple dollars more and I definitely feel like this french onion soup compared to most other ones that I’ve had especially at Disney easily Takes the Cake I think it is phenomenal here let’s see if we can
Get a little cheese pull action in here that is a big hunk of Bri a let me tell you that much that is exactly what I was looking for with this soup that cheese pole definitely did not disappoint and I know the flavor won’t either it’s just like the per it it
Really is such a well balanced french onion soup like you know sometimes when you get French onion and you could taste that there’s like I believe there’s Brandy in French onion souo you can taste like too much Brandy in there or too much salt and stuff this
Is just the perfect balance of that broth flavor perfect amount of bread perfect amount of guer perfect amount of onions this is the ideal french onion soup for me I really think it’s one of the best I’ve ever had and since I love both the French onion soup and the
Baguette so much I figured why not combine a both and I dipped part of the baguette into the French onion soup I bet this is going to be amazing the baguette soaks up that delicious broth perfectly and remains still crusty through it all that is the bite right there so this
Is Ryan’s first time here Ryan what did you get um people might be mad at me but I only got the French onion soup and the bag not because I’m a cheap skate but because I was not that hungry coming in and this massive French onion Bowl which
Is bigger than my face was enough for me and sometimes we just do that you know and also I’m probably going to be eating some mac and cheese off of Christy’s plate yes you are I have a lot of food coming so you better help me well what
Did you think of the French onion soup did you like it very very good they do have like whole chunks of onion in it I will say that’s a very big piece um but just like an onion I have layers uh layers of tastes bugs call them Shrek call me shre
Also I would like to mention that this is my first like meal of the new year so this is like the perfect meal to bring in the New Year it’s a cool day here in Orlando and uh we’re just sitting here people watching eating some warm french
Onion soup like this is the ideal day although my first meal of the new year was actually at Waffle House last night after we celebrated here at epop for New Year’s Eve which was a great time and I highly recommend you experience once in your life coming to Epcot for New Year’s
Eve but yeah Waffle House post Epcot was my first meal of the new year um so I guess this is the second but I’m going to count this as the first and it’s already starting off really good we just finished enjoying our appetizers and our Entre arrived at the table
And this mac and cheese guys this mac and cheese looks so good like by the looks and the smell of it there’s a chance that it cranks it it cracks into my top five Disney World mac and cheese list just from the looks of this like I
Am blown away looks way better than I remembered and I cannot wait to try it the salmon looks really good as well but especially the mac and cheese I think I have to try that first this is the macaroni baked with cream and Grier cheese for
$26.95 I did try to see if I could just get like a side portion of the mac and cheese cuz I just want to try it you know but they weren’t able to do that so I had to get the full portion so thank
God I have Ryan here so he can help me eat some um but yeah I can’t wait for this we didn’t get much of a cheese pole with it but oh man it still looks really really good it’s very peppery it doesn’t have a bashel in there it’s like tastes more like a
Bashel it’s really Good when you get the bite with that crispy like fried burnt cheese top it’s really good alone I expected it to be like a little bit better just by the looks of it but when you get that bite with the the top of it I need a couple
More bites to give my like final analysis so give me just a moment here it’s definitely like a very unique mac and cheese flavor that I’m getting here like I said very very peppery um I definitely taste like a little bit of a bamel in there um I like it but it’s not
It doesn’t like scream at it’s like it’s so different than any other mac and cheese that I’ve ever had I do I do enjoy it though does it crack into my top five Disney World mac and cheese list I don’t think it quite does but it
Is up there I’d say it’s probably in the top 10 Ryan and I have officially traded plates he’s going to try some of that mac and cheese and it’s time for me to dive into the salmon this is the seared salmon with rice peela sweet peas and
Carrots with a bur Blanc sauce for $36.95 the Tomato placement on top of the rice is making laugh a little bit um I don’t really love that it’s like served with rice um I would prefer it to be served with mashed potatoes which last time I came and I got the salmon I
Did ask to substitute it for mashed potatoes so you are able to do that but I got it as is this time I broke off a little piece of that salmon let’s try it out M that is just as good as I remember the salmon has just the perfect crust I love
Salmon to be served with a nice crust on the outside and this is just cooked so well perfect crust flaky inside but my favorite part is that bbang sauce the B Blanc sauce it’s just like a cream it’s like a creamy sauce but it just adds such a great flavor to that
Salmon there’s also a green oil on the dish it’s not listed on the menu so I’m not exactly sure what it is but it tastes almost like a chive oil I think that also adds a fantastic flavor to the salmon when you get a piece of the
Salmon with the bur Blanc and that oil which I believe it’s tribe oil man you’re in for a treat it’s just as good as I remember I do want to give this rice peel off a chance though let’s try it out it’s not bad it definitely has some
Flavor to it but still I think next time I get this i’ I’d request mashed potatoes instead of the rice I think it’s a little bit of a better pairing so I did actually end up asking my server who was great by the way um what the oil
Is on the plate because I enjoy it so much and he asked and he said it’s an herbal oil so I have a feeling there is some type of like chive in there that’s giving it that green color and that flavor either way whatever it is I
Really enjoy it now we are finished with our dinner and I am so stuffed but I feel like any like you have to end the review with a little sweet treat um so we have to order dessert so we’ll take a look at our options here so to start of
Course we have a Creme Brule That’s a classic there’s also a chocolate tart a profiterol a citrus cake an opera cake and then an assortment of sorbet and matalines we are dining in France of course I had to go with a creme brle this is the vanilla creme brle for
$13.95 and I must say this is quite the small creme brulee for almost 4 $14 I mean this tiny crem Bret is like the same exact price as the French onion soup which is kind of crazy to me I don’t know I love a good creme
Brulee so if this is good I might be willing to pay $14 for it again we’ll see okay it is pretty good I must admit the the bru leg sugar on top there is really really good as is the cream it’s really good guys when they put the crb roulee on the
Table I was very full and I was like okay I’m only going to have a couple of bites but I don’t know if I’m going to be able to let any of this go it’s that it’s really good $14 good I’m not really too sure now I know they have a creme
Brulee over in the bakery as well in the like Quick Service walk up Bakery I’m not sure how much it is over there and the size I’ve actually never had it over there so now I’m curious as how that one tastes because if it’s anything close to
This it’s really it’s going to be really good um I really enjoy this and they also have a really amazing creme brulee over at steakhous 71 at the Contemporary it’s like a chocolate creme brulee so there’s a layer of chocolate on the bottom and then your custard and the
Bruleed sugar that one is really good as well um but yeah this is pretty damn good I do have to say guys I wanted to hate that crem brulee because of the price I lick the bowl clean when you got a bite with those berries on top it was
Like just even better I wish there were actually more berries on there cuz I would have loved to get a berry in every bite but man that was a really good C berlet and a really good meal overall like I absolutely love this restaurant my last couple of V visits here has really
Solidified it for me as being like one of the top three restaurants here in the world showcase but with that we are done with our first restaurant here in the world showcase dining series I’m so happy that I was able to check out chefs to France first because I wanted to

Great idea🎉 Look forward to this series! HNY❤
Happy New Year!!😊
When I lived in NYC, there was a French cafe that had an award winning French onion soup. I still think about that soup til this day and now you've got me wanting to try this one to see if it compares.
We went to this restaurant in 2022 for the 40th anniversary of Epcot. We went to the opening of Epcot for our honeymoon and at at this restaurant. Loved the French onion soup. My fav from the bakery is the chocolate croissant.
We were at Epcot for 3 days! I cant believe we didn’t see you guys!
Nice goal, will you also be going to Monsieur Paul?
Great job on this review keep up the good work
Happy new year!! $13.95 for a crème brulee is deeply upsetting 😂😂
Whoa, you're awesome. I love your food videos!
Happy New Year🎉!! Meal looked fantastic 😊
I have got to try that salmon!! Crème Brûlée with that sugar crust is sooo good!! Loved this video and so excited to hear all your food reviews this year!!
Great video again, you are knocking it out of the park. Was hoping to win the PowerBall to take you and the gang on the 24 day trip around the world. Have a happy, healthy and prosperous new years – Randy
What is your top 5 Mac and Cheese at Disney world and Disney Springs?.
Let me guess: Jose Tejas. Best blackened chicken/salmon in the universe.
Wow, I gotta say, watching your food videos, really makes me hungry!! Everything looked so good!!
Happy New Year! Food looks good but those prices scare me.
Is the Tex Mex spot in NJ Jose Tejas? Their salmon is killer!
Happy New Year Kristen and Ryan! Very excited for this series!
Great idea for a series! As usual, you did a great job! It’s always good to see Ryan too! Thanks, Kristen!
Love onion soup
Too!
It's pronounced "Chef (the S is silent) de (the vowel pronounced like the "oo" in "book" or "good") France (the "an" rhyming with "on")
Ooh what a fun series! Can't wait for biergarten!
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 love the praise of Chefs de France. I think that it gets overlooked in recent years.
Looked delicious! As always thx 4 taking us all along on your French dining adventure
Have you thought about putting the price of your meals in the video? You always mention individual prices, but I think hearing the total final bill cost would give people an idea of what to expect to spend when they go. Just a thought!
That cheese pull though 🤤🤤🤤
My first visit to WDW was in 1992 & we ate at Chefs de France. They had pink hanging geranium baskets all around and matching Homer Laughlin China. It took me 30 years to find that pattern on eBay – now I have those dishes to remind me of a fantastic meal!
So excited for this series! We are going back to Disney in May and trying to decide which country to eat at❤
Happy new year! I truly appreciate your videos!
weird… the baguettes at Publix are like 2 feet long. the one you had looked like a breadstick.
I am hoping to meet you in the park. I loved your recent Q & A and it really is an amazing story on how you got here.
Excited for this eating around the world series !!
Which Mexican restaurant in NJ?
It is one of my favorites. 😊
Great video. I love that salmon. Or I should say I loved it until……..I read a horrifying review on it. It scarred me for life. I don’t think I can order it. It’s been years since we’ve eaten there- last time Remy came to your table!
France never disappoints. Next when you leave the French restaurant you go to the cart across the way by the lake and get an orange slush and your night is complete.
Great content! Thanks. What’s the name of the Tex mex in Jersey you like? Jersey girl here and will travel for good food!
I'd love to see the Akershus Princess Breakfast or Biergarten!
Been seeing you on Paging Mr Morrow for a long time but we (wife and I) just found your channel. You do a great job and now you’re on my daily “watch list”. Thanks Dan and Cindy Lakeland, Florida….
