馃帴 In this video, we are going to explore the famous Boullion Chartier in Paris. The Bouillon Chartier is a traditional French restaurant that serves traditional French cuisine at very reasonable costs in a beautiful historic monument. The restaurant is open 365 days a year with a menu offering everything from steak frits, snails, to baba rhum. It’s a truly traditional French culinary experience you should try if you are visiting Paris.

Escargot – snails in persillade sauce
Steak et Frites sauce au Poivre – steak and fries with pepper sauce
Profiteroles – cream puff, filled French choux pastry ball with filled with whipped cream and chocolate syrup
Baba Rhum – Cake saturated in syrup made with rum with a side of whipped cream
