The Celebrity Apex has four complimentary main dining rooms (Normandie, Tuscan, Cosmopolitan, and Cyprus). Unlike some other cruise ships, all four dining rooms serve different food with the Cosmopolitan serving New American, Normandie serving French, Cypress serving Mediterranean, and Tuscan serving Italian.
