Hey everyone! so me and my boyfriend just signed the lease for a small 2BR condo (and yeah, we're planning to repaint the walls + remove the old caulk, so ignore that for now haha) Anyway, my vision is to add smthn like an L shaped sofa, which is on the way right now, and maybe to replace the bulbs, but we're both totally clueless when it comes to decorating. So maybe a rug or another small table in front of the TV?

Get the sofa first, then see how you feel in the space after at least a couple days. A coffee table in front of the TV could just end up making it hard to walk.
The classic advice to make a room look homey is to add CRAP: Curtains/Cushions, Rugs, Art, Plants. But I agree with the other commenter, get the sofa first and feel it out for a few days before you decide what colors and sizes of things make sense to add.
Wouldn’t you want to move the tv away from the window to allow more natural light? The sofa under the window would be okay unless it blocks something outside of the frame
