The French Rations of the Indochina (Vietnam) War were not particuarly good, especially as the food supply ran out during the Battle of Dien Bien Phu. This simple 3 ingredient meal utilizes items that would have been eaten during this time period for survival including: Cha Bong (Pork Floss), Rice, and rationed Red Wine. Although it is not the most appetizing, it did keep soldiers alive.
